Centrally located to everything! Minutes from Spanish Moss trail, downtown, Port Royal as well! Spacious king bedroom with TV and private bath with 2 shower heads! Lamps with USB chargers built in! Open living room to kitchen with a 65' TV! Large completely fenced in back yard! Very convenient location! You can walk to a local restaurants (Agave, Alvin Ords Sandwich Shop) Kitchen comes fully stocked with cooking supplies and coffee bar! Linens provided! Mandy's home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Her hospitality and attentiveness was stellar. We would recommend this house to anyone needing to stay in the area and would definitely book again if ever back in the Beaufort area. It was perfect for our family's weekend getaway.

It was a great place to stay and only minutes from the gates at Parris Island. I highly recommend for anyone picking up their Marine. The Agave Mexican cantina was a wonderful meeting spot around the corner was perfect as a meeting place for several families after the Graduation and the Historic town of Beaufort was beautiful and had very good restaurants as well.

Pet friendly house with fenced back yard. Close to dog park, Spanish Moss trail and lots of area attractions. House is clean and kept up. Recommend if staying near Beaufort.

Couldnt of picked a better person to rent a house thru.very informative of the area and recommendations were very good.communication was great,house was awesome and had more then expected(didnt expect a master bath with a huge tub and a shower head on each side).large walk in closet with shelfs was as well.

Cheerful Cottage in Beaufort
We loved staying at this spacious cottage in Beaufort! It was cheerful, well equipped, and clean with very comfy beds. Mandy was an excellent host who responded to our questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in this home for a quick get away. It was my husband, 5 year old son, and myself. The house was perfect, everything was super clean and Mandy has the house very well stocked for all the things you could possibly need while you are away. All 3 of the bedrooms are a nice size and there is plenty of space in the house. Oh and the beds are super comfy! The backyard is perfect especially if you have any little ones, our five year old had a great time running around and playing in the fully fenced yard, there’s also a fire pit back there which was an awesome touch, we were able to light a fire make some s’mores and relax under the stars each night. The owner Mandy, was an absolute pleasure. She reached out with some suggestions for the area before we even got there, and was very quick to respond any time I reached out during our stay. She literally saved the day the first night when we wanted to make a fire, we had tried a couple stores and couldn’t find any fire wood, but she called and found where some was in stock and sent us in the right direction. the location of the house is also really great, it was the running joke the whole time between my husband and I because literally everything we wanted to do was 8 minutes away. If you are looking for a great place to stay in this area I highly recommend staying here!! We will be back for sure!! :)

We loved our stay at this house. I have visited Beaufort many times to see family and have stayed in many VRBOs. This one is easily in my top 3 places! Super comfy beds. Spacious master bath. Fantastic kitchen. Plenty of space for our family. The single complaint I have would be the living room furniture. You SINK DEEEEP into the furniture, which can be difficult for elder travelers or anyone with a bad back.
Other than that, everything else was absolutely perfect! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Location is minutes away from parris island. Property was super clean and spacious! Very comfortable home away from home. Laundry room was a plus. Ample parking and on a quiet side st, close to everything. I would definitely stay again! Any family looking to stay for Marine graduation this would be an excellent choice for

Would Rent Again
Mandy’s home is exactly as described in the listing. Home is neat, clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood with dog park within walking distance. Although fully fenced backyard is a dream for dogs to play in. Close to many restaurants and activities in Port Royal and Beaufort. Mandy reached out to make sure we had everything. She even lent us a dog crate so we didn’t have to pack one. We would recommend and rent here again.
