Silver Sands Main House BEDROOM and BATHROOM SET UP Main Level -Bedroom 1: King -Bath 1: Standalone Full Bath -Laundry Second Level -Bedroom 2: Queen with Attached Bath -Bedroom 3: Twin with Twin Trundle and one Twin over Twin Bunk Bed with Attached Bath -Bath 2: Attached to Bedroom 2 with Walk in Shower -Bath 3: Attached to Bedroom 3 with Walk in Shower Basement (unfinished) -Laundry Silver Suites BEDROOM and BATHROOM SET UP -Studio Bed 1: King -Bath 1: Standalone Full Bath -Sleeper Sofa Sleeps 2 -Laundry INDOOR GATHERING SPACE The coastal feel of the home fills the large great room with vaulted ceilings, fireplace, large dining table, and TV area. Head around the corner to the kitchen/dining area with another large dining table with direct access to sliding glass doors to the outside deck. OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE The front porch of the main house offers 2 separate sitting areas provides a great spot to relax and enjoy the Lake Michigan breeze and listen to its waves. Step outside the front porch and enjoy the large front yard, that includes a fire pit area that with plenty of seating to end a great day. Out in the back is additional seating where you can enjoy grilling out with family and friends. The guest house offers additional outdoor dining space and grill. HOUSE SPECIFIC AMENITIES Smart Streaming TV, Wi-Fi, Linen and Towels, Wagon, Gas Grill, Screened in Porch, Main Level Bedroom, Fire Pit LOCATION Second house in from the boardwalk leading to the beach. A short walk to the resort amenities. PARKING Parking for 2 cars along the street in front of the home. Nearby overflow parking for extra cars. HOUSE RULES -No smoking or vaping indoors -No pets -No PARTIES -No Prom Parties -No Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties -No fireworks -Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve. PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it. RESORT AMENITIES AND INFO * indicates a seasonal amenity. 4ft heated pool*, toddler pool, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our families rented the main house and coach. Both of them were perfect for what we were looking for. Very clean, additional resources in both houses and extremely close to the beach! I would highly recommend renting this house!
