Great area. Room was cute and functional with everything we needed for our stay. The bed was super comfy with lots of pillows. The room does get quite warm being on the top floor so we kept the heat low and opened the slider. They use an overpowering smelling deodorizer in the hallways and in the room. We put the deodorizers that were in the room on the porch and it was much better. You do have to run the shower for a few minutes to get hot water. We couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work but the tv did have some good channels. Scott the owner was very nice, left us a care package and was a great communicator. We stayed in November so most of the stores and restaurants were closed. The night life was great with the casino ballroom and Wally’s for live music. Rt 1 had lots of places for food, drink, shopping and gas but is very busy. We drove to Portsmouth and Ogunquit for the restaurants, shopping & charm.

Scott was a great communicator and worked very hard to make sure we were accommodated for our trip. This little place on the beach was a quiet and serene place to come back to after a day of exploring Boston/Hampton/Portsmouth areas. Right across from the beach, secluded and in walking distance from beachside restaurants. Great stay for a single traveler or a couple on the road!

The condo is quaint and quite nice and is accurately depicted on the VRBO site. All appliances and the TV worked well. It was just my wife and I, so the space was comfortable. The unit is located directly across from the beach - a short walk to the boardwalk, resurants and bars. We took short day trips to Portsmith and Ongonquit which we really enjoyed. The host (Scott) was very helpful and responsive.

View from balcony was beautiful! Quiet area yet close enough to everything. Owner was very communicative through the whole process from booking to end of stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Can't wait to go back!

This studio condo is clean and charming. We had a wonderful stay. Everything we needed was provided including a care package (a nice touch)☺️ Enjoyed the beach, the live entertainment and all the really great restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!!

Very comfortable stay at this property. Scott and Gail were in touch regularly from the beginning to the end. Its a very clean and well appointed condo in a quiet section. Condo was perfect for our family of 4 and the beach is visible from the deck. We were thrilled with the accommodations. We truly couldn't have asked for anything more. A cut above the rest!

Our stay was exactly what we needed! This was a very quiet location away from the noise of the boardwalk. Everything we needed was provided by the very thoughtful host, even a few treats and some extra towels for the length of our stay. The tiny balcony was just enough to have a perfect view of Wednesday’s fireworks! The unit is on the 3rd floor so lots of stairs to climb, but we got our workout in every trip up and down! We highly recommended this condo! Many thanks to Scott, the host for everything!

This weekend away was just what we needed… a perfect little getaway! Everything was just as described and as shown in the pictures. The condo was VERY clean and nicely updated! There was a view of the ocean from the balcony, and the location was perfect for us - just a short walk from the center of all Hampton Beach has to offer! Scott was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He provided all of the little necessities that made a big difference! We would definitely rent again!

Super cute clean and modern, nice view of the beach and a short walk to all the action. check in check out process very easy.The only thing I would suggest is adding a full length mirror and an iron I know it's Hampton but don't want to be wrinkly. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I went away for 3 days and we stayed at Scott’s. The condo was clean and right across from the beach. I didn’t know much about the location but we were right down the road from the boardwalk. Scott sent a welcome text with all the checkin info and he left a welcome basket of goodies which was great after a long drive. Scott also let us know of a few places that had entertainment. The day before checkout Scott sent another text with checkout info. Super friendly definitely recommend.

Close and very easy to get to the race track for race fans. and the beach is right across the road. It rained when we were there which cancelled the races so we sent most of our time here. Scott was very attentive to our needs which was appreciated!

We were pleased with this cute and clean Great Escape condo we stayed in for two nights for my 60th birthday! Scott was helpful and gave timely and specific instructions. Would have liked more suggestions on where to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner available in the room. The care package was appreciated!

Great property and location!! Me and my best friend wanted to get away for the weekend and this was everything we could have hoped for! Close walk to shops and restaurants. Close to the beach. Owner was so nice and left us the cutest little gift basket! We definitely plan on coming back!

My mom and I just enjoyed a perfect beach getaway. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated. Never needed a car. Grab your chair, towel and water and the beach is right across the street. Nice side walk for taking morning walks. It is on the 3rd level, and the balcony is on the side, but you do have an ocean view. Scott was attentive and responded quick to all texts.

This unit is away from the crush of Hampton Beach but walkable to the entire beachfront. Comfortable accommodations and Scott was very attentive to any issues. 3rd floor unit, so you have to be able to do stairs regularly, but you get a better view.

This property was clean and inviting. It has a great location right across the street from the beach. With a side balcony it offers a beautiful view of the ocean. It had everything we needed for a few days away. We hope to return again in the future.
