Situated in North Las Vegas, this charming house for $474 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Charming home-Hot summers dip in an unheated pool. Backyard with table, lounge chairs, bar bq propane. Living room couches & netflix large screen TV. Airy 6 person dining open to the kitchen. Enjoy the staples coffee, cream, sugar, coffee pot, toaster, china & pool plastics, dishwasher, pots, high chair and gas stove. Primary bedroom pillow top Queen & twin, TV & en suite. Jim and I are both former Air Force and caught the travel bug while serving our country. We travel extensively throughout the year and for over 40 years. As we started traveling we learned a lot about places that we stayed, why we picked it, what we liked and disliked about the stay. As we started buying our own properties and manage rentals for others we incorporated these ideas. A funny stay we had in another country when Air & V were new had green hot dogs and Mayo in a cupboard. Yukko, lol. No coffee pot and no knives to make salsa with. Rather than report the owner we invited her for a visit. She appreciated us help her come up to reasonable standards and amenities. This philosophy carries through on our stays today and we ask guests to also help all owners/managers with things that can be overlooked or be unnoticed since they don't live or stay in the properties. As this really can hurt a person that depends on the income with one bad review. Albeit, gross negligence and rude operators need blasted. I have always been in customer service positions and thoroughly enjoy the interactions about travels and accepting suggestions on the rentals we manage. Recently, I had to drop by a property with family members from Cuba, Mexico and France. Honestly, the languages were a bit funny with translations or charades to make a point. We enjoyed each others so much I ditched work that day and we had a blast for hours and hours. Now, I can't do that very often but it was a very pleasurable afternoon. That's a small taste of why I love this job. Check out petroglyphs at Valley of Fire, hike at Red Rock Park, water slide parks in Henderson & Charleston and Hollywood, ski at Mt Charleston, zip line downtown, best movie theater with drinks and full meals served in the theater- Eclipse, Spring Preserves & Discovery Museum, Adventuredome with rides and video arcade (great for kids), helicopter tour to Grand Canyon, paddle boat tour of Lake Mead, the Hoover dam tour, year round ice rink at the Fiesta Rancho, watch a Golden Knights practice, GraviDy and Go carts, Pink Jeep Tours, shows, Neon Museum, Mob Museum, gun ranges, premium outlet malls and nature at the Wetlands. A lease and ID are required for insurance purposes. No extra guests not approved on the lease. Max is 6 humans. No parties. No smoking. No pets. No glitter and/or sparkles. AC no lower than 75. Grill, stove and dished cleaned before check out. Garbage can rolled to the street.

We booked this stay to go to the When We Were Young festival with friends. We're a bunch of 30 somethings that don't party too hard anymore and this place was perfect. Property was just as described and clean. Close enough to everything we needed but didn't run into any traffic of the strip or tourists. We hung out by the pool during the day, BBQ'd, and played music. We went to the festival in the evening and came back just to sleep. The beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and showers were nice and hot. Our host left towels for the pool and had great communication. The whole team was very accommodating. We look forward to booking again if we are ever in the area! Thanks Barb and team!

I cannot say enough kind words about the host, Barb. She was very helpful, answered all of my questions whenever I reached out and was incredibly quick in responding. One of the best hosts I have encountered. The house was clean, well-kept and had well thought out instructions for the guests. I would definitely stay here again!! Thank you again Barb for making our stay great!!

This property was very easy to book and even easier to stay at! The property owner was very thorough and provided us with more than we could ever use or need! The next time I’m in Las Vegas I will most certainly rebook and stay here again. Thank you so much my wife, brothers and I had a great time.

We rented this place for our anniversary week. The inside of the house is fine but the outside is run down, the pool the green and dirty. We could not really use it while we were there. The owner did respond and say she would give us $100.00 but never did. The worst part was the barking 24/7 next door. It was as if someone just left this large dog outside and left. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Our stay was too short for this Great House! The beds were certainly comfy as stated. after a long day and an emotional one, this house was so soothing with the comforts of home, you just did not want to leave the premise. Although it is Feb, the pool was still inviting ... So much fun we had. Thank you to our Hosts", they are certainly TOP NOTCH!! WE'LL BE BACK!

The street that it is on made me a little nervous although the area is ok. Everything in side was just run down but everything worked and the owners where nice. I wouldn't stay in it again for the cost.
