Situated in Leesville, this lovely condo for $159 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This gorgeous property is located on a peninsula of 16 homes on a quiet section of beautiful Lake Murray, has large windows to view the lake, and offers swimming in the lake or pool at the main house, as well as kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, hiking, shuffleboard, horseshoes, basketball, pickleball, picnic area with swings, wood burning fire pit on a sandy beach, new gas fire pit in lounge area of rear deck, as well as rocking chairs by the pool to view gorgeous sunsets in the evening! There's also great striper bass fishing on Lake Murray with a fish cleaning station available for your use! In addition there's two boat ramps on the premises to launch your own boat and a newly renovated dock to moor at! The property offers shared watercraft as well, including 2 Pedal Kayaks, a Canoe, a Paddle Board, Floats, Children's 4 seat paddle boat, 15' bouncer on the lake when available. The sidewalks around the property are nice to stroll on with awesome views of the lake, fountains, and a pond. Walks in the evening are especially nice when the stars are shining brightly. Island's Sunsest Gold Guest Room has a queen bed sleeping 2, it's own private bath, 2 nightstands with lamps, a dresser, a desk by the window to view the lake, two side chairs, a mini fridge, a coffee maker, and an exterior entrance to the rear deck. This room does not have kitchen or laundry facilities unless booked with Island's Sunset Cottage on the same property which has a full kitchen and washer and dryer, as described below. However, there are lots of restaurant choices nearby. There is a propane grill available upon request on the rear deck overlooking the lake. $115 per night (Sun - Thurs) 2 night minimum $120 per night (Fri - Sat) 2 night minimum $749.80 per week. ****If more space is needed, additional properties on site can be booked such as: Property Listing #3309493 - Island's Sunset Cottage on Lake Murray which has two bedrooms and sleeps 5, a living space with french doors to the deck and views of the lake, a kitchen with a blue tile backsplash going to the ceiling, a full bath, and a washer and dryer. Or there are additional guest rooms such as: Property Listing #3311929 - Island's Sunset Blue Guest Room which is the largest of the guest rooms and sleeps 2 in a king bed, has large windows with a beautiful view of the lake, a private bath, and a private exterior entrance. This room also has a fridge/freezer/microwave combo, and coffee maker, but no laundry facilities unless booked with Island's Sunset Cottage on the property which has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. There is also: Property Listing #3312176 - Island's Sunset Green Guest Room which sleeps 2 in a queen bed, has a love seat with beautiful views out the windows, has a private bath, a mini fridge, and a separate outside entrance. This room does not have kitchen or laundry facitlites unless booked with Island's Sunset Cottage which has a full kitchen and washer and dryer. However, there are lots of restaurant choices nearby.

The place is wonderful, and the hosts are even better. They made us feel so welcome and they make is easy do enjoy yourself. They have so many amenities to enjoy the lake. We will be back to enjoy their hospitality again!

Debra is a wonderful host who really cares about her guests being comfortable and having a good time. I was officiating the funeral of a dear friend and she was kind and helpful during a challenging time. Has everything you need to enjoy the lake and beach, kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, giant connect 4, giant chess, horse shoes and rooms are comfortable and spotless. Great pool and hot tub.

Everything at this lovely place was even better than described! Our only regret is that my wife and I were here for such a short time for a wedding and really didn't get to enjoy all the extras that come with staying here. From the pool to the hot tub, kayaks, lake views, pier, boat launch, fire pit on the beach, anyone can find something to love about it. Debra is the absolute best host we've ever dealt with and hasn't overlooked anything. My wife absolutely loved the rooms and how Debra has decorated them. This was without a doubt the best rental experience we've had and are looking forward to coming back for a longer stay to really experience all that the place has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay at the Island Sunset Guest Room on beautiful Lake Murray. Our host Debra and Dennis provided exceptional service and made our experience even more enjoyable. The room itself was perfect and had all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. We were particularly impressed by the pool and sauna facilities, which added an extra level of relaxation to our trip. Though our stay was brief, it was truly unforgettable. Pictures don’t do justice…. Most accommodating host the I have ever experienced!!! Relax and recharge at this amazing piece of heaven!!!….. kayak’s canoes trampoline on water and available pontoon boat for evening rental to see the purple bird migration to the bomb island is simply a must !!!!! ..clean room and the pool is perfectly maintained…..

The room was very clean, comfortable and the added touches show how much the owner cares. The owner's were very accommodating and talk about Southern hospitality! It was beyond our expectations with lots to do and the scenery was wonderful!

These hosts were phenomenal! We had a great time fishing and enjoying the property. There was tons to do if you wanted (pool, games, paddle boats, beach area). They were so helpful and thoughtful. We will definitely return!

This was one of the most pleasant places I have ever vacationed, I could not have asked for a more peaceful, relaxing, beautiful setting. The hostess/host were absolutely amazing, two of the kindest people you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. The lake side veiw is perfect, the price is very reasonable, and the rooms are very cozy and private. I truly look forward to my next visit. I would HIGHLY recommend this vacation spot, it was absolutely wonderful.
