Was a great house for a golf trip. 8 guys, so we were each able to have our own bedroom and bathroom! Nice kitchen for us to cook a little bit and nice living area.

We enjoyed the home. The place was clean and everything we needed it to be. The 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers came in handy.
The only issue was parking. The driveways are small and only fit 2 larger vehicles. The driveway could probably fit 3 to 4 small sedans but we were all driving trucks. For a house with 8+ bedrooms, there needs to be more parking.

In spite experiences, we enjoyed our stay. The house wasn't cleaned. I purchased cleaning items to clean before we could get comfortable. The bathrooms were nasty!!! There was urine around toilet, hair in tub, no wash towels in most rooms, some comforters and pillows were dirty, especially the white ones which made the dirt more noticeable. The fridge was nasty!!! One of the ice makers didn't work, and the other had a replace filter light on. The house smelt unclean. The pool deck chairs were filthy nasty (white in color). Please replace them! I requested sheets to cover them so we could sit on them. The jacuzzi jet didn't work until the 2nd afternoon. Someone came and fixed it. One of the legs on a sofa in the living room was broken. The AC upstairs didn't work. It stayed on 80 degree in house temp.
The host was kind and responded with an apology, sent over the sheets, and someone to fix the jets.
A beautiful house, but not kept clean or in proper working order. The work of the the housekeeper needs to be checked for the next 6 months. The place should be upkept. It is unfair to renters, and to the house. A partial refund should be given to us. The sign said we couldn't park on the street but left nowhere to park. Since so many other cars were parked on the street next door, across the street, and up the street, we too parked on the street. Our vehicle was towed, paid $125 to get truck back!! They passed other cars to tow ours!!! Sad!!

This was the perfect spot for our ladies' retreat. The house was spectacular and well-kept. The amenities were just what we needed. Each lady had their own private room and bathroom. The location was easily accessible to shopping and area attractions. I truly recommend this home if you have a large family.

The pool table advertise was not there. Other than that, it was great. A 10am check out is to early. It should at least be 11am.
