Perfect for the family or a group of friends, this newly renovated historic home is located just minutes to Cornell, Ithaca College, Cayuga and Seneca Lakes, Taughannock Falls and the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail! Relax under the stars in the hot tub, melt away stress in the deep, modern soaker tub under a rain shower faucet, then retire for a wonderful night's sleep in our premium beds and high-quality linens. Sleeps up to 9! Whether you are here to visit colleges, attend weddings, enjoy wineries, or experience nature, we are the home for you! The Finger Lakes are renowned for their world class wines, iconic sunsets and breathtaking gorges, creating lasting memories for you and yours! Hot tub is for adult use only, anyone under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult. No alcohol allowed in the hot tub. Use at your own risk. We also have two kayaks available for rent for $25/per kayak per stay. Liability waiver required. PETS: We welcome one to two well-behaved dogs with prior approval and pet fee. All pets must be kept off the furniture and bedding, crated when left alone in the home, and all refuse cleaned and disposed of in the Dumpster. No Smoking in the unit or near open windows or doors. NO PARTIES ON PREMISES! We are off-site but our co-host is readily available. This is a quiet neighborhood just outside of Trumansburg. Guests have complete and private access to the entire home and fenced in backyard. Walk into our bright and airy home, and you’ll notice the old-world wide wooden plank floors as you enter the dining room which has seating for 6. To the left is our Den space with cozy reading chairs, sofa bed and a beautiful vaulted ceiling. Step outside the back door into the fenced in yard to sip your coffee , relax by the fire, or bliss out in the hot tub. Our fully equipped kitchen will have everything you need to make a delicious family meal in a clean, modern design. We have place settings for 10 and feature a dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers (Drip and French Press), stove and oven. The washer and dryer are off to the side, please feel free to use them during your stay. Our primary bedroom is downstairs, with a King bed and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has been completely renovated with a luxurious design. The tile floors, deep soaking tub and rain shower faucet will make you feel like you stepped into a spa. Continue upstairs, where you will find a second bathroom with a full tub and shower. There are two bedrooms available upstairs; a queen bed and 2 twins with lots of closet space in each. Comfortably suited for 6, we can sleep up to 10 with the pull-out sofas. (Additional charges may apply for extra guests). COMPLIMENTARY AMENITIES: . Coffee . Non-Dairy Creamer . Sugar . Cooking Oil . My gurlfriends and I planned an overnight stay to surprise our friend. We were pleasantly surprised upon arriving at the house. The house was cute with farmhouse decor, beautiful floors and a welcoming hottub on the back deck withbpatio lites. We enjoyed a nite of laughter and the hottub.. We would highly recommend this house for a peaceful getaway. I also had great interaction with FLX Rentals as well. Thank you!!

My husband and I along with our daughter, who goes to college in Ithaca, rented this lovely historic house with our two dogs for Thanksgiving. We had a great time. The area, with all the wineries, parks and the waterfalls, is beautiful. Lots of hiking and outdoor activities. Located only 2 miles outside Trumansburg and 8 7-8 out of Ithaca. Great location.

Excellent stay at the Harmony House. Great location, beautiful clean home. Myself and my family thought it was really awesome to stay in an old home and be part of its history. Our original VRBO was cancelled 2 hours before check in, we found this home on VRBO and within minutes Cate got back to me and we were able to book and get into home. Very thankful to be able to stay in home and enjoy our mini vacation. Our family stayed 2 nights and enjoyed 5 wineries, the falls and sunset cruise on Cayuga Lake. I would highly recommend this home. We had a wonderful stay and received excellent service from host!

This property was perfect for our needs and our only regret was that we had only one overnight stay to enjoy it. Well stocked and very clean and comfortable furniture and bedding. We went to a family wedding hearby and our host Cate could not have been more gracious and accomodating before, during and at the end of our stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful historical house that’s been updated with modern amenities and decor, while maintaining its authenticity and charm. Conveniently located less than 15 minutes from downtown Ithaca, with a great fenced in backyard (including grill and firepit) that’s perfect for anyone with small kids or dogs. We had an amazing stay, and the host was extremely helpful and communicative.

We didn’t get to enjoy much of the area or the cottage as we were in town for a college graduation but the cottage has everything you need for a lovely weekend away. Very clean, well appointed, the check-in was very smooth and communication with the manager easy. Definitely recommend!
