Pictures don’t do it justice. Cute house and nice that it is close to everything. Walk to restaurants and shops. Pool was nice as well. Very short walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay! Newly renovated and very close to the beach. Just enough room for my wife and I and our dog. We literally walked to dinner every night. A block away from Paddy’s raw bar. The only issue we had was the key code didn’t work when we arrived but there is a back up key box so it was no big deal. We will be back soon!

I have stayed in many different houses over the last 20 years on SGI. I have had great rental experiences until this one. The kitchen lacked basic food prep items, a blender, a pitcher, storage containers, can/ wine opener etc. The sheets felt to be the cheapest ever and embedded with sand that could not be brushed off or washed out. The unit had three spilt A/C units. I followed the directions and could not get it to cool properly no matter the setting I used. And yes, I kept it above the temp. advised. The second night there my son had his fishing poles stolen from beside the front door. This ruined the trip for him. I originally asked to have a late check out. The unit was not booked after my stay for many days. I was told that for 50$ more I could stay two more hours. That is ridiculous! To top all of this off on our second day there was a large white van with Texas plates pulled in and unloaded a van full of Mexican men who stayed in the 1st unit for the remainder of our stay. What single mother with children would feel comfortable sharing a duplex and pool with Mexican men?!?! There are many great rentals on the island. I highly advise you skip over this one and stay else where!
