Or Take the elevator to the ROOF TOP POOL for Fantastic views of Vanderbilt Lagoon, Sunsets & the area. Beach equipment provided. Pool is Heated w/ hot tub. Residence is comfortably equipped. Great place to relax and enjoy Florida winter weather or summer beach fun. Covered parking, screened lanai with table and chairs are great for morning coffee or evening drinks with water views. Very Close to shopping, restaurants and night life. Located across from Naples Vanderbilt Beach and Ritz Carlton. Residence is a 1 bedroom-Queen bed, 1 bath, kitchen with island, comfortable living room with sofa (pull-out) and chairs. New flooring, The lanai is screened, with table and chairs overlooking Vanderbilt Lagoon. Wifi, Cable TV's (bedroom and living room) washer/dyer in residence, fully equipped kitchen with ice maker. All Naples Beaches are open. Beach cooler, towels, umbrellas, beach chairs and beach cart provided. Pool and Spa are on roof top offering beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf! There are several restaurants within short distance of residence - Turtle Club, Ritz Carlton are being renovated from hurricane IAN. Buzz's Lighthouse is Open. On maps you can review close by restaurants as there are many a short distance away. Grocery stores, Publix, Trader Joe's, Seed to Table and Whole Foods all minutes from residence. This is a gem in Naples. Guest access Entire residence, which is located on the second floor. Reserved covered parking spot under building and guest parking spot around building. Other things to note Naples is a growing vibrant community that is a very desired paradise oasis. With that there is always growth and building going on. There is a new complex being built, Ritz Carlton Residences, in this area of Vanderbilt Beach. The county and builder are installing a new sea wall across the street. Roads are paved and new sidewalks and landscaping is in place. Work in the area is done M-F 8-5pm. No construction is being done on this property. Street is open to local traffic so access is not an issue. There maybe some construction noise during the day on week days and moving of construction equipment on the surrounding roadway but it just depends on what they are working on the time frame someone stays here as to what is being worked on but there is no construction directly on this property.
