Nestled in LoDo, this lovely condo for $249 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Summary: Location! Location! Location! This Historical downtown, Loft-style apartment is a great place for those looking to truly be in the heart of Denver! Our 1/2.5 with designated office space is a 10 minute walk to Coors Field and has all of Denver's best bars and restaurants all within walking distance! The Space: Inside: You'll have plenty of space to stretch out in our stylish and spacious, 1 bedroom, two and a half bath. With high ceilings, exposed brick and wood beams and 2 levels, this is the perfect city apartment for your extended stay! The open concept living room and kitchen, make cooking social for those traveling as 2. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need for preparing meals or a morning cup of coffee. The separate office space is great for those working remotely or needing some flex space. The 2 bathrooms on the main level make entertaining easy and convenient. Head downstairs into the large bedroom w/King bed and ensuite bath! There is a large closet and plenty of dresser space for your longer stay. The washer and dryer is also conveniently located on this level. Outside: The back patio is a perfect space to enjoy the sunny days in Denver over a cup of coffee in the morning or an adult beverage at night. Want to get out? THIS IS THE LOCATION! There are so many of Denver's best spots within walking distance. You won't run out of options! Walk to a Rockies Game or catch a Lyft to the Nuggets or Broncos games (both within 10 minutes from the unit). Your location is perfect for riding your bike through the city or on the Cherry Creek Trail! Want to get to the mountains? We are conveniently located to I-25 where you can catch I-70 and head west! Our unit comes with 1 designated parking space conveniently located next to the back entry door. Guest Access: Self Check-in Instructions will be sent 48 hours before your stay. The Neighborhood: Our unit is located in Lodo/Downtown! Getting Around: A car is not necessary if staying local! Other Things to Note: Dogs are allowed and we charge a non refundable $250 pet accommodation fare per month during your stay (2nd dog is an additional $125 per month). Please inquire about multiple pets, a multiple month stay, or if you are traveling with cats. Complimentary in-stay clean is scheduled roughly 2 weeks into your reservation. If staying 60 days or more, we will provide an additional complimentary in-stay clean around week 6. Please inquire for stays longer than 60 days. We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details. CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible. TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable. THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm. Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors. This property is professionally managed by Hideaway Vacation Rentals.
