NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Booking Guest Must be a minimum of 25 years or older to book Guest access The house is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. House Rules: Non-smoking residence; Smoking is strictly prohibited This is a family-friendly property and there will be additional charges if we discover any evidence of smoking in the home. No Open Flames in the home. Must be at least 25 years old to reserve home No loud music Quiet time after 10:00 pm No parties or events. A $250-$1000 fee will be accessed by the guest if any type of event or party is held at this property. $200 late check-out fee will be accessed unless prior arrangements are made with the host The security deposit will be forfeited if the house is not left in an orderly condition or checkout instructions are not followed

The house itself was beautiful, but was infested with roaches!! They were in every single room. GROSS!!! The kitchen had no hot water and the Wi-Fi would not connect to our devices with the password provided. The beds were comfortable to sleep on but the pillows were terrible. We had to go to Walmart down the street to buy more. There was a nail sticking up on the front porch that our 1 year old stepped but luckily didn’t go through his foot just broke the skin. Also, the drive way or what you would call the drive way was terrible! And they don’t advertise this, this property sits right next to a cemetery and railroad tracks!! It was not worth the money.

Nice clean property with plenty of amenities. Easy check in and clear communication from owner. Easy walk to the beach. Will stay again if we are I the area again.
