About this house rental

Located in Fraser, this lovely house for $1,214 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Luxury new single family home in Grand Park- backs to open space! Central location close to everything - Winter Park Resort, downtown Winter Park and Fraser, tubing hills, mountain bike trails, rec center, shopping, restaurants, and bus line. Home sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Check out the video tour on YouTube: https://youtu.be/2ZqfV1am96s Enjoy sweeping 270 degree views of Winter Park Resort, Byers Peak, and the Continental Divide from the back patio and entertain or enjoy your morning coffee around the fire pit. The well-stocked and spacious gourmet kitchen is complete with high end appliances, Sonos sound system, gigantic entertainment island, and wet bar. Relax in the adjoining great room with smart TV and Sonos surround sound, or enjoy a family meal at the large 8 person dining table. Send the kids upstairs to the entertainment room with wet bar, dual 75" smart TVs, foosball, and xbox, or pull out the poker chips or a game at the game table. Cabinets are stocked with many games! Sonos is linked to one of the upstairs TVs for excellent sound. Comfortable beds throughout with fine linens and soft comfortable pillows. Each bedroom except the bunk room has designer high end en suite bathrooms, smart TVs, and large closets. After a day at the slopes or biking, pull your car into the heated 3 car garage (2 cars max inside). Plenty of room to store your gear- bikes, skis, etc! Relax in the 6 person hot tub and enjoy the views and outdoor Sonos sound system. If you need to focus and get some work done, plug in to the dedicated work space- separate room with desk. House rules: No smoking, no drugs, no pets, no parties or loud gatherings, and strict 8pm quiet time policy.

Beautiful property with stunning and peaceful views. All bedrooms were ensuite setup. Close access to all amenities and great setup for all seasons of the year.

We had a family get together at this home and it was absolutely perfect. The place is spacious with fantastic views. Everyone found the outdoor area enjoyable and relaxing. I highly recommend staying at this wonderful home whenever you are exploring Grand County, Colorado. You will not be disappointed.

This was a perfect home for our time in the Winter Park. The home is brand new and gorgeous. The large bedrooms and closets made our stay comfortable for everyone. We loved spending time on the patio with the beautiful mountain views, two fire pits, outdoor speakers, and hot tub. The kitchen is enormous and fully stoked with everything we needed. The game room was a great retreat for our kids to play video games and board games. The location provided easy access to Winter Park, Fraser, and surrounding areas. Lynn and RJ were incredibly responsive to all of our messages before and during our trip. We look forward to returning for another trip!
