When you book this breezy home away from home, you are granted access to fantastic community amenities, including an outdoor pool (perfect for a refreshing dip after a day at the beach), a workout facility, a business center, and a boardwalk with sound/kayak access. This multi-level home features four well-appointed floors. The basement level features an inviting seating area with a sofa bed, plenty of children-friendly games, a smart TV with streaming and cable, and direct access to a private patio. The second floor hosts two bedrooms, one of them being a primary suite. This suite enjoys a smart TV, an en suite bathroom, and access to a sunny deck. The second guest bedroom features a smart TV and deck access as well. Another flight of stairs will lead you to the main living space located on the third floor. This open-concept area has access to a furnished deck. Surprise your loved ones with delicious homemade meals and snacks thanks to the well-appointed kitchen. When mealtime is over, curl up on your favorite sofa and watch a favorite show or movie on the smart TV. And last, but certainly not least, the fourth level has a primary suite that encompasses the entire floor. The suite offers a cozy seating nook, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom. Additional perks include a stacked washer/dryer, free WiFi, and central AC. COMPLEX AMENITIES -Outdoor pool -Fitness center -Business center THINGS TO KNOW Occupancy is limited to six people as per Dare County septic regulations. Pack N' Play, high chair, toddler bumpers, baby walker, and kids' toys are provided. Community pools are typically available for guest use from Memorial Day through Labor Day and are subject to close without notice. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Very convenient to son and daughter-in-law who delivered baby early on Christmas Day. Necessitated extended stay which was accommodated but key panel code expired and resulted in temporary lock out. Checkin instructions had included directions for accessing lockbox with keys which was never located, even with help of agents. Overall, satisfactory accommodation but kitchen could use a working can opener.

The carpet was filthy. Had not been vacuumed from the previous tenants. Covered in pet hair. The dishwasher was still full and not put away. The description says access to the pool- but come to find out, you have to pay to use it. Also, the pictures are misleading- it shows a picture of the garage with beach chairs and such- but it is locked and not for use. I have stayed in a lot of VRBO's and this was by far the dirtiest.

Previous renters dirty linen/towels and trash was left inside condo on steps going to Master Suite, dog urine in multiple places, dog hair, and blood on one matress, it has no matress protection.
