The property was everything we hoped it would be. Very spacious, large kitchen, very comfortable beds. Having the upstairs deck was such a bonus. It’s location was so convenient to stores and restaurants. Our family really enjoyed it. We will definitely use this place again. From check in to check out it was perfect. Our Family Vacation was beyond awesome. Franklin our awesome host went above the call and relieved some anxieties my mother was having before the trip. The location was perfect for relaxing and beach fun for the kids. The house was very clean, organized, came with all amenities and a complimentary bottle of adult beverage( much needed at the end of the day). Enough space for everyone. An extra plus was the beach chairs and accessories that came in handy. Thank you Franklin.

First and foremost, Franklin & Susan are awesome hosts! They were very quick to respond to every and any question we had. Franklin even gave us some great suggestions on places to eat! Now, the place is absolutely beautiful. It was so clean and welcoming when we walked in. The space is perfect for a big group of friends or even 3 separate families (kids on top floor, parents in the 3 king bedrooms.) Each room area has its own TV, which is wonderful. The kitchen area is awesome to cook in and there is room to for everyone to sit and eat. The top floor has the most beautiful views! Plus, the top floor is just one big game room...which is great for the kids even adults looking to have a little fun. And the best part- the place is no more than a 4 minute walk to the beach. Honestly, it's in walking distance to so many places. Super convenient and great area! You will NOT be disappointed with your stay here...You will love it!!!!

Will definitely recommend this house for your trip to Panama city beach, the house is newly built, very spacious, beautiful, in a really good location and very close to the beach. The house is equipped with all the stuff u might need. Will definitely be staying here again if I come back.

This property was exactly at listed plus more. Check-in was a breeze and prior to our arrival, the property manager sent us all info about property and location that was extremely useful. Property manager promptly answered all questions I had.
