Master 1 - King (sleeps 2) ***Poolside with private double door access Master 2 - King (sleeps 2) ***AMAZING on-suite Master Bath Guestroom 1 - 2 Queen (sleeps 4) Guestroom 2 - King (sleeps 2) Guestroom 3 - Twin (sleeps 1) ***Plus 4 Roll-away twin beds available (plenty of room in either of the 2 masters, or Guestroom 2 or 3 to set up wherever you choose) ****Plus a pack-and-play for an infant / toddler (Up to 15 plus up to 2 infants is what I'd recommend comfortably, so 17 total) ***You won't find beds stuffed into every nook and cranny of this home (and NO bunkbeds!) because there doesn't need to be! 5 large spacious bedrooms with space for large groups of friends and family! *** And no one will need to sleep in the open common areas either. Bring your aunts, uncles, cousins, plus the Grand's, there is room for everyone! Very unique floorplan puts 3 guestrooms in one wing with a shared bathroom and both masters have their own wings on opposite ends of the home! (Think "T" shaped) 5 minutes to Indian Rocks beach, yet this beautiful 1 acre spacious estate will make you feel serene and secluded while visiting this gorgeous residence in much sought-after Indian Springs Estates! This is the best of both worlds! *Indian Rocks Beach is just 2 miles, a short 5 minute drive away! *This large vacation home boasting a sprawling 3000+ sf of living area with gorgeous details *Private HEATED pool (solar and/or propane, depending upon outside temperature), with enclosed screen which drastically reduces mosquitos! (Hot tub and pool heat provided at NO ADDITIONAL COSTS TO GUESTS!!! Please understand that there are limitations depending upon outside temperatures. This residence can accommodate up to 15 overnight guests with ample parking. This home was very much over the top compared to most properties we have stayed at. The amenities supplied by the owner were so much more than expected. Everything from coffee and sweetner, trash bags and snacks for the kids and even pods to wash our clothes were provided. Oh and to have mouthwash and sunscreen provided is really an added plus. Thanks again for an outstanding experience and i would rate this home a 100 if it were possible. Friends have already asked about a group of us going next year to stay here.

I can't say enough good things about this property and the owners. It is hands down the most well equipped rental property we have stayed in. The location is close to everything but away from any crowds. If you're looking for a place for a large family gathering, this house is exactly what you need.

Amazing home , everything inside is new , all the amenities , including pool table made the stay perfect. The host know how to set up perfectly for a trip. We have 4 children and there is more than enough room and privacy . Most clean and comfortable beds and sheets. We will for sure be staying here again .
