What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing: - The home can get a bit hot in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide fans for ease and comfort sleeping at night. -There is NO garage access with this home. -Our home has a separate basement suite with a longer term tenant. The space is not shared as it is a completely separate unit with it's own entrance and the tenant is very quiet and respectful. Please note it is a walkout basement so if using the backyard you may see the basement tenant. Complimentary Wi-Fi, DISNEY+, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with modern appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery. Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own! You have full and total access of the upstairs portion of the home and full backyard during your stay. The basement is not included and has a completely separate entrance with a long term tenant. Please note additional guests fees apply after 4 guests.
