There are two king master bedrooms upstairs with ensuite bathrooms and a twin daybed and sleeper sofa on the first floor. ABOUT THE AREA: Coastal Soul is just around the corner from Cessna Landing on the Choctawatchee Bay. The park has a boat launch, docks, picnic shelters, basketball court, squash court, and playground. Towards the beach, it's closest to Gulf Place which features some of 30A's most popular restaurants, like Shunk Gulley and The Perfect Pig. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow folks down with beautiful palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, plentiful green spaces, and park benches to sit and enjoy the views. If you're looking for a little more, then Grand Boulevard, Baytowne Wharf and Destin are not far away. BEACH ACCESS: Ed Walline Regional Beach Access is the closest beach to Coastal Soul. From the house, head south on 393, cross over Hwy 98 and then at the intersection of 393 and 30A you'll see Ed Walline. This beach is ADA accessible, and has two picnic shelters, parking, restrooms, and beach wheelchairs and lifeguards during peak season. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods. IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie".
