The Vesper Violet House is the perfect combination of 1920’s charm and modern living. Newly renovated, professionally decorated, and conveniently located close to all things Waco. Picture yourself enjoying a hot cup of coffee in the morning while sitting in a rocking chair on the brick front porch. Or imaging relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of wine after a long day of activities. With 4 bedrooms, it is the perfect place for large gatherings like girls weekends and family vacations. Your pets are most welcome in the house and we have a completely fenced in backyard. Please contact me if you have any questions and let me make your stay in Waco the best it can be! License #STR000773-06-2019 No smoking Pets allowed (small dogs only, max 2, $50 pet fee per pet. Dogs only, no cats or other animals and no puppies or aggressive breeds). Parties or events negotiable (small events and get-togethers are allowed and welcomed but need to be transparent during booking process) Additional rules -Renting party must be 25 or older (all members of the group must be 25yrs of age or older, unless there's a parent/guardian present during the entirety of the stay). -Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you'd like a copy before booking (we can't attach) -If booked on the same day or weekend, please call After-Hours # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB -No day visitors (10 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children) -Max parking- 3 cars -For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom -Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st. -Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc) I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Clean house, spacious for large group, comfortable, nice magnolia farmhouse feel

This house is well decorated and clean, which was noted by all. We were attending a convention at the Waco Convention Center and this property was about 6 minutes away. It was close to the delicious downtown eateries as well. Our only, and big, complaint was the parking. One car can park in the front and more in the back. That was fine. Once parked in the back you have to undo a padlock to enter the backyard. Also fine. BUT then there is no way to get into the house from the back unless someone was already in the house. We didn't have a key to the back door and there is not a keypad entry. Very frustrating. Also, when we left out the back door we had no way to lock it unless someone stayed in the house, locked it, and then waited on the front porch for us to drive around from the long back alley to get her. That was a total pain and must be fixed for future guests. It all could be remedied with a simple keypad lock on the back door like the one on the front door.

The location of the house is great for access to downtown and Baylor. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved the house and location the Only thing was there was no hot water it was late at night and we just made due so I didn’t message you but I feel like that needs to be mentioned because it was so cold and no hot water to shower or wash your face was really inconvenient. But we would definitely stay here again. Thank you

This is a fabulous house, location, and property owner. My friends and I were staying 1 night in the area and this was just the spot for us to catch the playoff game before heading to a wedding reception. The beds were comfortable and the property instructions were comprehensive and self explanatory. Definitely would recommend for a family or a group of friends to enjoy.

We had a bit of a problem with the front door lock that would not open one time because the battery was low, but the property manager arrived when we asked and fixed the problem.

Great Family getaway. This was a chance for My wife and I to get away with my Sister-in-law and her family. Great property. Lots of room for us and the kids to not overtop each other. We enjoyed the backyard a lot. The home was clean and everything was in working order. The host was great as well. Will recommend to other.s

What a lovely home! House was everything promised and more, lovely decor and very comfortable for my family. Everything worked wonderfully and the convenient location to both our event and fun restaurants and shopping was great! Will definitely stay here again.

4 adults plus a dog. Great place for us to visit Waco and Magnolia. House was very clean and nicely furnished. 2 bathrooms were perfect for 2 couples. Backyard was big for dog to run around in. Kayla was great to work with and very responsive. Battery on electric door went out but Kayla had it fixed for us immediately. House was close to Magnolia and Waco sights. Very comfortable living room for us to rest at night and watch TV. Hot Tub was an added bonus. Hot tub gets twice a week service from pro. Great place for ladies visiting Magnolia. We'd definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Great little home about 2 miles from McLane stadium. Very nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable. Great place to stay on a trip to Waco.

Very much enjoyed staying at this house. It was so cute, clean, and peaceful. My family enjoyed meeting here to visit Magnolia. This location was very convenient for this. When we first arrived, we noticed the surrounding houses have not been updated recently, but overall we felt like the location was relatively safe. We had a great time staying here!

Typically most VRBO owners send you your check-in info 72 hrs (or AT LEAST 24-48 HRS) in advance. Ours literally came 15-20 minutes before our check in time....2 hpurs before check-in my family started tp panic b/c we STILL had NOT received our checkin info with the lock code etc. I called the owner...NO ANSWER...I text the owner several times...NO RESPONSE! Finally, I had to call VRBO and speak with customwr service...they then TRIED to contact the owner via phone (also no answer) and then had to send emails....with no response. They said i could go ahead and cancel and get a refund and they would put us in a hotel for the night. Or we could give the owner a few more minutes. FINALLY, 15 min before our checkin the owner sends me a text. By this time we are super stressed out. We get to the house, lets just say this house is well decorated but very dirty and UN-KEPT...their cleaning service is horrible! Coffee maker hasnt been washed ever, I dont think and neither have the bathroom rugs. Yuck! I work hard for my money and dont appreciate spending it on a rental that was very MIS-represented online! Dont stay here!

The home was Beautiful and very Magnolia! My girlfriends and I loved it! This was our first Waco trip and Summer was our only option. It was HOT but spending all day at Magnolia, touring the town and then being able to go back to drink wine and relax at night in that beautiful home with the AC pumping, was heavenly! It's clean, comfy, spacious, easy to get too and in a safe area! We recommend this home to everyone!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this location. It was totally the Joanna Gaines style of WACO decor, and there were many amenities included. Due to Covid, our entire family has not been able to be together in 4 1/2 years. Our daughter's family from NY, our daughter and us from SC, as well as our son and daughter in law from Waco were able to relax together and enjoy many of the activities that Waco had to offer. You made this Mami/Papa very happy!!

The house was adorable and super clean. The decor was done so well. Beds were really comfortable. We had an issue with the hot tub the day we arrived and it was handled efficiently and we were able to use it the next night. Very pleased with our stay!
