Knot Working does not allow smoking of any kind anywhere on the property, commercial photography, events or parties. 2. Please DO NOT eat in the loft areas. You may incur additional cleaning fees. 3. $100 Security Incidentals Hold (exactly like a hotel) Required on all reservations and will be held (preauthorized) 1 day after check in. Hold to be processed by host on guests credit card. May be reauthorized during a long stay. 4. Reservation payment will be charged to the guests credit card 14 days prior to check in by the hosts credit card processing company under "Knot Working Cabins". All cancellations within 14 days of check in will receive 50% refund of nightly rate minus a 6% processing fee. 5. Please do not clean or discard fish in our dumpster or garbage. Please clean your fish at the lake. 6. Do not under any circumstances unplug the WIFI in the loft. This will cause a disruption in service to the door lock and may lock you out. The alarm will sound and will not go off until the WIFI is plugged back in and the battery charged (hours). Thank you for your understanding and helping us keep our cabins sparkling clean! The tiny home is exclusively yours during your stay, so relax, unwind, and enjoy. There are a total of 8 tiny houses on the 12 acre property via a large gravel driveway. The guest will access the home using a Smartlock with a code sent shortly before check in located in your check in instructions. Additional Onsite Amenities include: Private Firepit Charcoal grill for those nights when you just want to stay in! OUTDOOR GAMES: Horseshoes Cornhole ***Due to many guests leaving items behind PLEASE make sure to check for all your belongings. We will not be responsible for items left behind. Lofts are best suited for active adults and older children, require the use of steps and a low ceiling entry/exit. 4. Pet Policy: $20 Non Refundable Pet Fee due at booking. If we don't have to use these fees for excessive cleaning, we donate them to a local animal shelter, A New Leash on Life. • Maximum of 2 pets under 50 pounds allowed and must be over a year old. • Well trained pets only. Use of piddle pads is not accepted. • Pets must be crated if left alone and barking contained. • Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, linens, throw blankets, throw pillows OR in the loft area. • No aggressive breeds allowed per our insurance. • To prevent us from having to charge our guests excessive cleaning fees, PLEASE clean up after your pet this includes fur, dirt, mud, urine, vomit and feces. We have provides rags, a broom and a vacuum. • Non compliance to our pet policy will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund given. 5. Absolutely NO cleaning or discarding of fish in or around the cabins, in our dumpster or garbage. Out of respect for our other guests, please clean your fish at the lake. 6. Under no circumstances, should you unplug the WIFI in the loft area, an alarm will sound. The door locks require the WIFI to work properly. 7. Our cleaning fee is based on a "courteous guest". If the house is damaged or neglected, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest, would leave the dwelling in, an additional $150 cleaning fee will be assessed.
