The location is okay, and the hotel it self was okay too.
I think the hotel needs AC and the rooms need a little bit more love. They are too empty, missing some things that for what I paid should be included.

Breakfast was good. Room was nice
It said breakfast was included , but it didn't say what extras were for breakfast.
I had asked for an iron for clothing was given a steamer and it was taken away before I could finish using it. Needed a ceiling fan in room

Big bed, friendly staff, nice courtyard and rooftop and convenient location. Top breakfast. Great place to stay.
Very little natural light in room, rooftop lacked a bit of atmosphere. Otherwise great.

The breakfast was great, the room was big
The floor was dirty as if wasn't washed for months. 10 minutes barefooted and my feet had a black layer of dirt.
This accommodation is overpriced

Old Colonial Style Hotel. Certainly in the nicer area of Antigua. Very safe. Staff excellent 👍 Hotel itself needs to be upgraded slightly. Could do with a bit of work.

Very good

The quiet of the room, the lovely rooftop, and the location is close enough to the plaza mayor and far enough away to be out of the heavy traffic. A peaceful spot in a busy city.
My room was a bit dungeon like lacking color.

The breakfast was amazing. Excellent coffee, so many breakfast options, all more delicious than the other. The hotel is centrally located, sparkling clean, quiet. You have breakfast on the terrace whilst looking at the volcanoes. The coffee is their own brand and it's delicious. The breakfast options are abundant so that if you stay a long time you won't get bored. Try the hot sauce! The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, all in all lovely. We will be coming back. They even did nice animal shapes with our towels. This place is worth the stay.
Everything was beyond expectations. I could never complain.

wifi didn’t work so well in my room (cornered, room 32)

the courtyard and rooftop are nice
The staff were very nonchalant and uninterested in helping me organize activities and tours in Antigua.
The room offered no outlets to power my devices. It was very hot with no AC. The sound of cars passing on the street did not stop all night. I cannot remember having a worse nights slip in any previos hotel.

nice clean room, with hot showers.
my room was facing a busy street. This street was incredibly loud through the entire day, and even worse the fumes from the exhausts can be smelled from inside the room. I found it incredibly offensive to have guests breath in automobile fumes while sleeping.

great location, staff very nice
expensive, no air conditioning!!!!

Hot water in shower.
You can hear everything inside this hotel, the room has very little ventilation. The sheets are so thin that I could see through them. The comforter had stains on them, the walls had stains on them, the floor was so dirty and had black all over the grout. The bed did not have a headboard, everything in the room was dirty or stained. I could smell car exhaust in the room.

The inside courtyard and the view from the breakfast area. The shower always had hot water. Breakfast was great but maybe more fresh fruit.
The traffic on the road outside my room. The smell of exhaust came in the room. The ceiling could use some paint.
