About this condo rental

Situated in Tierra Verde, this lovely condo for $321 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Enjoy and relax in this calm, stylish space with water views of the Bay and a short distance from Fort DeSoto (3 miles - 20 minutes bike ride), St Pete Pier (12 miles - 20 minutes drive), Pass-a-Grille (5.7 miles). Enjoy the tranquility of Tierra Verde with this recently complete remodeled Condo, with all new appliances, furniture and everything you need to have a relaxing "Home Away From Home" experience. The space have a comfortable sectional in the living room, a well-equipped full kitchen, one master suite with a queen bed and a beautiful bathroom with antifog mirrors and walk-in shower. The guest suite sleeps up to 3 people with a full over twin bunk bed, guest bathroom with walk-in shower. We also have a few office desks with chairs, if you need a space to study or work from home. We love bike ride to Fort DeSoto, which is only 3 miles to the entrance, and another 3 miles until the North Beach, our favorite beach. We are also only 20 minutes drive to the St Pete Beach, which has great restaurants and amazing views. Pass-a-grille it's a great place to grab a bite watching sunset and a drink, which is a short 5 miles away. Location Highlights: 0.4 miles from the best Philly Steak at Phila Deli 1.6 Miles from The Island Grille and the Roof Top Bar At the Residence Inn (Vista at the Top) 3 Miles from Fort DeSoto (Our favorite beaches) 6.1 Miles from Paradise Grille Restaurant on the beach in Pass-a-Grille 10.7 Miles from John Pass in Madeira Beach 18.8 Miles from the Gateway Grille in St Pete (highly recommended) 40 Miles from Bush Gardens 28.7 Miles from Tampa Airport Disclosures: 1. Please note we have Google Hub that is a smart device to help with music, weather, internet search, etc. This device does have a camera, but it is ALWAYS OFF, and the only ACTIVE camera we have is outside of the unit, at the doorbell for vendors when we are not there. You can manually also turn the camera off on the back of the Google Hub, by switching the plug to "camera off". 2. we have 3 smart TV's, with apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, etc, BUT you have to login with your own access. 3. The condo is on the second floor with no elevator, so you will need to go up one floor in the staircase. —————- We provide a “starter kit” included in your stay of the below (limited amount of 1-2 units of each item): - Paper towel - Toilet paper - Tissues - Dish soap and pods for dishwasher - Laundry and dryers sheets - Coffee pods, creamers and sugar - Water bottle - Shampoo - Conditioner - Soap - Lotion

My family has stayed in several different units on this property and this one might be my favorite. The interior is beautifully appointed and felt like we were staying in a hotel, complimented by a picturesque water view. We had no issues and were very comfortable for the duration of our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay with our 3 kiddos (9, 6, and 2). The bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, and laundry in unit were life savers for us. The unit was clean and beautifully updated. Very close to Fort deSoto. We would definitely stay again as our travels often bring us to the Tampa/ St Pete area. Thank you!!
