SECURITY DEPOSIT : A security deposit of $750 will be collected 3 days prior to your checkin date. This will be a HOLD not a charge on your credit card. In the event there is any damage to the property or broken house rules during your stay your card will be charged accordingly. The hold will be automatically released within 7 days after your departure. If there is no damage or violations, there is nothing you need to do. Please note that CITYBNB reserves the right to charge a higher amount up to a maximum of $2500 to the method of payment if the damage deposit is insufficient to cover the claim from the payment method on file. BROKEN HOUSE RULES FEE SCHEDULE : * Smoking / vaping in the home = $300 * Unapproved pets= $300 * Pet feces in yard (if applicable) = $100 * Late checkout = $100 * Additional cleaning = $50/hr * Unapproved parties = $500 * Lost garage opener= $100 **Stays longer than 28 days will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60. In addition, the host will provide up to one month worth of essential supplies. Once supplies run out, the guest will be responsible for any additional supplies needed.
