This house was a rental for high school classmates (31 yrs). We absolutely loved the house. It was extremely clean, updated, well stocked, great location and the an AMAZING view!! The property management team was very responsive and accommodating! My ONLY two complaints are #1. There wasn’t an ELEVATOR in these 4 story houses. Both sides had big empty closets on all floors. I’m assuming an elevator might be added later. #2. The listing for 36 does not say that there are two houses; we thought we were renting one BIG house. It would have been nice to have an adjoining door inside. We had to walk outside each time ( in the rain) to get to the other side. The listing says, “Beachfront house….sleeps 36.” We had to make major adjustments! I definitely suggest that the listing be changed to reflect a more transparent description. Overall we were extremely happy and otherwise this listing would be a 10 out of 5!!!
