Failure to comply with these terms may cause the system to freeze and become inoperable. In addition, all windows and doors must be kept closed during the rental period. Not following these instructions the AC system can be damaged and it may result in a $250 fine. GARBAGE COLLECTION 🗑️♻️ The doorstep trash service is provided throughout the community, the trash bags should be bagged and placed in the correct bin before 10 am. Any loose garbage that is out of the bag will not be collected. The external can be a bin that is in a bench shape and is located right in front of the house or a regular bin in front or next to the property. Please let me know if you have difficulties finding the bin. We hope you understand and cooperate with that. Garbage found out of bags will result in a $100 fine and excess garbage will result in a $150 fine. PET-FRIENDLY 🐶🐱 Unfortunately, we are not a pet-friendly property. Pets are not allowed. If the animal's evidence is found it will result in a $250 fine for cleaning purposes. SMOKING 🚭 No smoking inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside the property, however, it is important to keep the place clean afterward. The non-compliance of this rule will result in a $250 fine. CHECK-OUT ⏰🕙 Check-out time is 10:00 AM. An additional 15 minutes may be granted as a grace period upon prior request. The cut-off time is 10:15 AM, The noncompliance of this rule may result in a $200 fine. CLEANING 🧹🧽 Please rest assured, you do not need to be concerned about the cleaning, we just kindly ask you to please put the dishes in the dishwasher, and take the bagged trash before your departure. Please note that stains or dirt found on the carpet will result in a $250 fine for cleaning purposes. Items or furniture damaged will result in a charge to replace it at its estimated value or repair the item, this value is calculated by a third party. DELIVERY 💼 📦 We are not responsible for any lost items on the property or lost packages. PARKING 🚘🚗 According to Club Cortile Resort, all rights concerning parking shall be shared and use of such parking spaces on a “first-come”, “first served” basis.
