Both bedrooms and the full bathroom are located upstairs and the half bathroom downstairs. Starfish Cove has been completed renovated with new vinyl flooring is located on the bottom floor, new carpet upstairs, new bathrooms, new doors, new windows, new paint, and brand new kitchen! The kitchen is equipped with all new GE Appliances and everything you would need to cook up a fantastic meal. The backyard is fully fenced for your furry friends and privacy. I put a lot of love into this house and I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do! Guest Access: Starfish Cove is equipped with a Kwikset Smart Lock w/ keypad for easy access throughout your stay. We utilize Guesty Locks, a property management tool, which provides better security for our guests by auto-generating digital codes that activate and expire during your reservation. The Neighborhood: The immediate area is very safe with a strong military community from both the Army and Air Force (active & retired). My neighbors and I share a mutual respect for one another. There's plenty of lighting near the front door with Ring camera at the front door for your added security and reassurance. Getting Around: Local roads do not have bike lanes and public transportation is non-existent. I recommend using Uber or Lyft if you don't have a POV or rental vehicle. Other Things to Note: The 1-lane driveway can accommodate three average-sized sedans. One additional car can be parked to the immediate left of the driveway in the dirt, if needed. No parking on the road please. Interaction with Guests: I do not interact with guest outside of the app, but I live in the immediate area should you need my assistance.
