Firewood can be purchased at nearby grocery and convenience stores Firewood can also be delivered to your property. If you would like to have firewood delivered to your cabin, contact Sheila @ 706-878-9648; she sells it to our guest and delivers House Rules: 21+ age requirement for lead guest. No exceptions. This property is not pet-friendly. No Exceptions Firewood not supplied. Digital rental agreement will be required to sign and complete after property is booked. Rustic Elegance is a beautiful cabin located in the gated/guarded luxury community 'Innsbruck Resort and Golf Club' . This cabin is nestled in the woods and just minutes away (est. 2 miles) from downtown Helen. There is a beautiful golf course located in the community. The cabin's private lot borders beautiful Unicoi State Park with access to their trails. There are three exceptionally large bedrooms all with king size beds. Every one of the spacious bedrooms has access to it's own bathroom. The master bath is en suite and includes a double vanity, separate shower and garden tub. Each bedroom has a 43" Roku TV. In addition to the bedrooms, the great room has a queen sofa sleeper. The kitchen is equipped with professional grade stainless steel appliances and tons of counter space. It is fully stocked with all the hardware necessities and is a great place to prepare a meal after a day of shopping or exploring. You can relax in the evening with a movie from the large DVD library in front of the massive 65 inch television with surround sound. Challenge your friends to a game of pool (43" TV near pool table) or one of the many available board games for children or adults. Outside you may enjoy the rocking chair front porch or the screen porch on the back of the house where it feels like you are in a tree house. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub on the back deck where squirrels are your only neighbors. Also enjoy our new fire pit area with seating for 6. This property is also eqipped with a 48 Amp EV Charging Station. If you want to relax, this is the place!

The host is ridiculous with her idea of what guest should do while they stay at her vaycay home. Expects guest to clean, put up all dishes, remove sheets of beds, put all towels to wash before even being able to leave the home. I will say, the home is beautiful and very well put together with the items in home to enjoy. That doesn't makenit ok to expect the guest to do all of these things.

We truly enjoyed our long weekend stay! The cabin was just as advertised. Elegant and rustic!! The owner was super attentive, checking in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The big seller for us was the three King size beds and three bathrooms since it was three couples. I would definitely go back! I just can’t say enough good things!! Thanks for letting us enjoy your home!!

beautiful cabin felt right at home this cabin had all you need nice location host was very nice to work with The kitchen in this cabin was a big plus it had everything you need and was very large with granite counter tops I would definitely rent this cabin again also had Large Bedrooms and comfortable beds ! I will rent this cabin again

The Cabin is very well kept and clean. The management reached out to us on the first day to make sure all was OK. Very nice people to work with. The property is located right next to Unicoy State Park, which offers a multitude of things to do. And, of course, there is Helen, Georgia, and all of the things to do there. What a great week we had.

Nestled in the back of a small community. Secluded, quiet, and absolutely gorgeous! Not your average getaway property. Everything you could potentially need is in the house. Down to a pizza cutter or whisk. Odds and ends such as detergent , soaps, everything! Your food and drink is on you of course. Clean, comfortable king size beds, activities, and more! This was the absolute best stay we’ve ever had! If I had to pick anything out that was negative it would be the internet is spotty. Even with the WiFi. But you don’t go to stay in the house too much.10 stars!!!

My husband and i stayed 3 weeks. Our grown children and grandchildren and all their spouses came and went. The three king size bedrooms made having company easy. Lots to do in Helen. The home is lovely. Hope to return.

Everything was good except we couldn't watch but 2 tv's at the time and that was only when internet was working which was only about 30% of the time

This house was exactly like the pictures. The driveway is very steep but paved nicely. We were in town for a VW car show, this location was perfect!!

The cabin was beautifully decorated, well stocked and perfect for our group. There were three couples, and each had a king size bed. The beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub as well as the pool table and the fire pit. Communication with the owner was great. It was the perfect weekend getaway for me and my family.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful! We had a wonderful time just hanging out at the cabin which is stocked with great movies and games for every generation. Also - Helen is so close which was a plus!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were celebrating in memory of my mom. We always took a "girls' trip" once a year with my mom. We loved our stay here. The Hot Tub was wonderful. We loved the big king size beds; they were so comfy and having 3 bathrooms is a definite plus. Also, enjoyed playing a little pool. Loved the fact that it was so close to the shops in Helen. We had an awesome time and would definitely recommend this cabin as a stay during your visit. Host is very kind and accommodating. Perfect choice for our getaway.

3 couples that get together annually to reconnect, laugh and have a good time. The house was perfect, all amenities were as listed and awesome! We had a great time in Helen but just as much fun gathered around the pool table upstairs laughing and reminiscing. Wonderful stay and Leighanne was great as a host!

Our group of eight thoroughly enjoyed this lovely cabin. Everything was as pictured, spacious, and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we really appreciated the table large enough for all of us to sit together for meals and games. The sofa sleeper was the most comfortable we've ever slept on. We hope to return next year.

If I were to have a vacation home, this would be ideal except for the location which ideally would be closer to where I live or in NH. The home is lovely and very accomodating. It is ideal if one is looking for a place to get rest. Leighanne was incredible to work with: caring, polite, thorough, and as accomodating as she can be.

Our stay was absolutely perfect in every way! First, Leighanne was so nice to communicate with and so accommodating! This is a pet friendly home and you would never know a pet has been there. The home was so clean and in very nice condition! Great layout for a family and the kitchen area is very spacious. When we left we realized we left a valuable behind. I contacted Leighanne and she immediately alerted her housekeeper who waited for us to return to pick it up. I highly recommend this home! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you again, Leighanne!
