Nestled in Highlands, this charming house for $369 per night is a great option for your next break. Bear Den is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that brings guests the Old Highlands Charm that many seek when coming to the mountains. Located on Memorial Park Drive, the home is only a short 3 minute drive to Main Street! The Bear Den features hardwood floors throughout its' one-level living space, starting with a comfortable family room furnished around a large stone fireplace. On the left of entry are two bedrooms (King, Queen) and a full bathroom, linked through a hallway that also connects to the dining area. You'll also find access to the open deck and charming kitchen through this centerpoint of the house. Just off of the kitchen sits a guest ensuite (Double Bed) and full bathroom. Outside, guests can enjoy the cool mountain air on the deck or laze in the shade of the gazebo on the side of the house. One of the bedrooms even features a direct doorway into this picturesque setting. With a comfy spot for all seasons, you'll want to "Hibernate" at the Bear Den between trips to the many sights, shops, and scenes that Highlands has to offer! *This is a no-pet property.* [All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access (speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ] ** Please be advised that the Convenience fee is the credit card processing fee for the reservation. If you wish to avoid this fee, you may still place your reservation but will need to call the office and pay by echeck ** CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy (effective for bookings confirmed after April 1, 2024) is outlined below: For reservations that are 21 days or less, A reservation cancelled ( by email receipt ) between 0 - 45 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. If reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival, guest shall receive a refund of all payments made* less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the reservation AND the cost of any trip insurance if purchased. *Refunds do not include third-party service fees as those are determined by the booking site and we do not control how those funds are processed. For any reservations that are more than 21 days, No refund will be given unless the property is re-rented over the previously booked dates.
