For non-emergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. • Wheelchair inaccessible due to step at entrances. • We provide enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo and dishwasher detergent for the first 48 hours. Should your stay be longer than 2 days, we recommend you bring additional supplies. • The outdoor shed on the property is locked and not accessible. • Interior fireplace is decorative and not usable. • There is an external camera that faces the door and driveway for our safety and yours.
