This new two bedroom two bathroom apartment, with underfloor heating in the Montane subdivision of Fernie features a large fully equipped kitchen with island seating, lounge area with smart TV and fireplace, and in suite laundry. There is also off road and street parking available. Please note, we live above this unit with our 2 small children, you might occasionally hear their little feet running across. This is a lovely apartment, in a family friendly area of Fernie. Outside there is plenty of space to park your vehicles off road, or there is ample street parking. As you walk in, you will find one of the bathrooms to your left, the full kitchen to your right, the lounge area and laundry closet immediately ahead of you. THE KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to whip up a light snack or hearty meal. There is a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee for you to use during your stay too. The kitchen island also has seating for four. Please note there is no dining table at this property. LOUNGE The lounge area is spacious with comfortable seating, TV and fireplace. You can definitely relax nicely in this space after a day out exploring all the Fernie has to offer. There are privacy blinds in the lounge area. IN SUITE LAUNDRY The washer/dryer can be found inside a closet in the lounge. BEDROOMS For your comfort, each of our beds are dressed in hotel quality linens. You will also find ample storage in the walk in closets for all your belongings. There are also blackout blinds in each bedroom. BATHROOMS Both bathrooms are beautifully decorated and have a tub with shower over, inflow heating, hotel quality towels, and locally made body wash/shampoo.
