This listing is for 3 of our cabins - Baker Lodge, Buffalo Camp 1 and Buffalo Camp 2. - Baker Lodge - 1 qn, 1 twin, 1 full futon - Buffalo Camp 1 - 1 qn, 1 full futon mattress in loft - Buffalo Camp 2 - 1 qn - 3.5 baths - 1.5 in Baker Lodge and 2 in our Bathhouse - 2 washers and 2 dryers BAKER LODGE is the gathering place for your party and accommodates 5 adults. Inside offers: - Living space with loveseat and 2 ottoman seats - Bistro table seating 4 - Computer table/storage with desk tray - Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, large countertop for meal prep, microwave, coffee maker - Full bath with clawfoot tub - Plates, bowls, glasses, cup and coffee mugs for 6 - Enclosed back porch with 6 person dining table, 2 rocking chairs and propane grill. - Master suite upstairs with queen bed. twin bed, sitting area and 1/2 bath. We can provide additional sleeping cots - Bedroom nook with futon that converts to a double (full) bed. BUFFALO CAMP 1 accommodates 3 adults. A separate sleeping cabin with a covered front porch (6' x 16') spanning the length of the cabin where you can relax and listen to nature at your 2 person dinette or sitting area. Your firepit, charcoal grill and picnic table are just off the steps. Inside the 10x16 cabin: - 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) plus a ladder access loft area sleeps 1 adult or 2 kids on a full size foam mattress - bring your sleeping bag and pillow! - Kitchenette with ample counter space, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. - Dinette for 2 - Electricity, A/C, heat, rural wi-fi (up to 50 mbps), linens, pillows, plastic plates, bowls, cups and basic paper goods ** Your running water is available from your private Bathhouse Bathroom ** Your Camp 1 Bathroom is located in our Camp Bathhouse - about 20 yards from your front porch. Yellville is about 20 minutes north (closest grocery store). Marshall - another float put-in spot - is also about 20 minutes south You're within an hour and a half of so many hikes including some of our favorites in Arkansas like the Centerpoint Trail to Hemmed-in-Hollow or Big Bluff. Parking is ample and free at the cabin Some important things to take note of... Your bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) is located in our renovated Bath House about 20 yards from your cabin door. This is a cool piece of Buffalo Point history - it was the old Lynch waterslide bathhouse, where locals got into their swimsuits to ride the slide. We've redone the bathrooms for our guests. We are in a rural area focused on simple living and getting into nature. You will not have high speed internet. We find we can stream movies. Bathrooms for the sleeping cabins (shower, sink, toilet) are located in our renovated Bath House. You have exclusive use of the bathrooms. 2. There is electricity and wi-fi in the cabins. Water is available at the vanity in your bathroom or at the outdoor water faucet on the property. The Ridge has a special history. Take a walk on the sidewalk behind your cabin to explore the old Lynch waterslide.
