Guests can enjoy tons of outdoor activities in the area from canoeing the beautiful Buffalo National River, 1000 miles of scenic hiking trails, the Little Grand Canyon, Mystic Caverns, waterfalls galore, cliff jumping in the Buffalo (if you're crazy) and the historic town of Jasper. As an added bonus, Branson, MO and Eureka Springs, AR is only an hour's drive from the cabins. Welcome to the Retreat cabin, our larger cabin nestled in the forest. This 2 bedroom and a loft, 2 bath cabin is the perfect spot to relax after a full day of exploring the Arkansas Ozarks. This 2- story spacious cabin is perfect for larger gatherings. * The large living room with a 16 ft ceiling is the perfect spot to gather with your family and friends, to play board games, Pac Man arcade game, converse, or watch your favorite movies and tv shows on the Roku TV. Snuggle up to the gas fireplace in the winter months. For larger groups, there are 2 rollaway beds. For those needing to stay connected, this cabin does have high-speed WIFI. * The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring full-size appliances and all the cookware to make your favorite meals including a crockpot, blender, toaster, microwave, drip coffee maker, all the utensils and cookware you could possibly need, and much more. The dining table seats 8 and is off the kitchen. The kitchen peninsula seats 3. * The downstairs bedroom features a comfy king size bed, with cotton linens for you to get a great night's sleep. Attached is the downstairs bathroom, accessible from the bedroom and kitchen. The bathroom has an accessible walk-in shower. *The upstairs bedroom has a king size bed and a 50 inch roku smart TV. * The upstairs loft includes a full over full bunk bed as well as a queen size bed, This area sleeps 6. Off the loft is the second bathroom, which has a walk-in shower. * The outdoor space includes a covered front deck with a porch swing and patio table for 6. The covered back deck includes a porch swing, as well as a charcoal grill. Enjoy the fire ring for those evening campfires to make those family memories, roasting hotdogs and savory S'mores. Wildlife abounds on the property. This cabin has a large front and backyard, and includes a volleyball net and a horseshoe pit. *The cabin is secluded on 20 acres and has 3 other sister cabins within walking distance - " The Original" -sleeps 5, "The Hilltopper" - sleeps 8, and our newest "The Majestic" -sleeps 8. ***LOCATION*** LOCATION We are just 2 miles from the Buffalo National River, 7 miles from historic downtown Jasper, and 20 minutes from Harrison. We are within an hour's drive from Branson and Eureka Springs for those wanting to explore some other areas. Our cabins are best known for their close proximity to the Buffalo National River for floating, the many scenic hiking trails in Newton County, waterfalls during the wetter months, and the Elk herd in the area - all within a short drive. OTHER ITEMS TO NOTE * We are 2 miles from Pruitt's landing at the Buffalo National River and are 7 miles north of Jasper, Arkansas. and a 20 minute drive to Harrison. * No pets are allowed at this cabin. * Self check-in after 4 pm with key lockbox * Roku TV in living room and master bedroom (please bring your login information to enjoy netflix, hulu, amazon prime, and other Roku apps) * High speed internet * Charcoal barbeque grill

A pleasant relaxing stay. Everything was better than we expected. Already working on another trip. Although, Don wishes they hadn't had dominoes. He lost every game. If you want to retreat from life's hardships for a while, the Retreat cabin is the place to go.

Our kids stayed in the loft and the pull out couch. We hiked and canoed and were blessed with perfect weather. The kitchen was well stocked w pans, utensils, a few spices, coffee filters. Thanks!

Our family stayed here and it was the perfect place for us to rest and unwind after hiking each day. We loved using the fire pit and being fairly secluded from surrounding properties. I would highly recommend staying here and we would rent again in the future!

The pictures do not do it this cabin justice and it far exceeded our expectations! It is very inviting, comfortable, warm, and cozy with plenty of room for a large group. The large dining room table was perfect for meals and playing board games and we loved sitting in the living room by the fireplace. We highly recommend this property!

The description is spot on, Clint the owner was wonderful with his communication. This place was super clean, very big and spacious. The yard was full of wildlife. I enjoyed my morning on the porch swing watching deer, squirrels, and even a big raccoon. I’ll definitely book here again! 5 STARS across the board.

My family of 8 and my friend's family of 4 rented this cabin for a weekend of floating. It was perfect! Nothing fancy, but super clean and well appointed with everything we needed. It was a great spot to enjoy floating on the Buffalo!

Great location for a getaway in the Ozarks. Its close enough to drive to multiple hiking trails and other local sights. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace and large kitchen/living room area. There was a friendly cat who came to visit everyday and our kids loved to feed and pet him. I would not hesitate to stay again!

A small group of friends and I stayed here over the weekend for a float trip and it couldn't have been more perfect! We used the grill, fire pit, and really enjoyed hanging out on the porches the most. It feels secluded but still really safe! As an added bonus, the owners have a great collection of DVDs so we were able to Marathon the Twilight Saga after we turned in at night. Would absolutely recommend and would love to return!

Our family takes a trip every year to float the Buffalo. We've stayed in many cabins, but this was our favorite. We enjoyed playing horseshoes and roasting marshmallows for s'mores around the firepit. The cabin was clean an spacious, and we were able to meet the owner who is very friendly. You won't regret booking this cabin!

This was a large cozy cabin in the woods with two covered porches with swings and many chairs for relaxing. Wonderful gas fireplace, plenty of room. Perfect for our family to getaway!
