The 1st room they put me in on the 3rd Floor, the entire floor smelled like body odor, the toilet did not flush & the refrigerator didn’t work. They moved me down to the 2nd floor. This room had a non working outlet in the bathroom. I had to do my hair in the downstairs guest bathroom. Will probably not come back

The room was very spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. Our breakfast that morning consisted of eggs, sausage patties and potatoes (in addition to fresh fruit/cereal etc..). The eggs and potatoes were very good but the sausage was a little dry. Coffee was good! There are many restaurants nearby and it's right next to Walmart and across from a CVS if you need any last minute items. The only issue we had was when we were getting ready to checkout. The room door would not open from the inside so we had to call the front desk and get housekeeping to let us out. Maintenance was there very quickly to get it fixed and was very apologetic.

Very clean and comfortable stay, bed was newer and supportive. Nice to have a cushion chair and couch in the room. Spacious room and easy parking.

I NEVER leave reviews however my stay here was that bad! For starters the room was dirty and the frig was just disgusting. The shower had hair in it plus the knob was broken. Literally had to rearrange the room to have enough space to get pull out the bed from the sleeper sofa then only to find ants in it!! Also had some creepy dude just sitting in the lobby all night, it was very strange since it was clear he didn't work there. Would rather sleep in my car than to ever stay here again!!!

Checking in was quick and easy. Room had cobwebs on the wall. Little black mold spots on tub. Room smelled musty. The room needs a stripped down cleaning. And mold inspection for musty smell.

The hotel was clean. Did not have sheets on pull out bed when we came. They made US come down and get them! They knew we were coming!! That is not what I would call hospitality in the hospitality business!! The pool was closed early because of cleaning. That was disappointing:(

Pool and pool area was very dirty. Elevator wass broken. Tv kept going out. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good and area clean. Room was ok.

We had the most amazing stay even though our trip was rained out. The front desk lady’s were amazing and so very kind. I highly recommend this hotel. First thing asked what had brought us and recommended options and places to try. Loved everyone of their recommendations! We had a fabulous get away even though it rained 10” that weekend.

Just an overnight stay. Receptionist was friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet. Bathroom was a little outdated but clean.

The comforter was dirty and not just a stain, there was something crusty on it. The door frame in the bathroom was dirty, you could literally see dirty finger prints on it.

One of our beds had a potato chip in it. One had a nail file. The pullout was covered with popcorn. These things made us all uncomfortable, wondering about bugs, etc.

Disappointed in the grab and go breakfast. Other places I have stayed this past month offer hot breakfast.. We stayed at the Country Inn and suites in Normal in November and they offered a safe hot breakfast and the rate was lower. Some places are offering Jimmy Dean sandwiches.
