Located just a short stroll from the most beautiful sugar sand beach in all of Florida, this charming collection of comfortable homes is ready to host your entire family or travel group for the perfect Bradenton Beach getaway! Nearby, discover all the unique shops, terrific restaurants, and exciting night spots on historic Bridge Street. You'll also be close to numerous boating and fishing charters and the Leffis Key Preserve with its many accessible hiking trails and wildlife viewing areas. Or take a drive across the Cortez Bridge to find authentic island dining at several excellent seafood restaurants. This property is a combination of two updated 1920s homes including a cozy bungalow and an accommodating classic cottage, both of which are brimming with character. Inside the bungalow, prepare all your favorite dishes or reheat yesterday's delicious leftovers in your well-equipped kitchenette complete with a fridge, two-burner cooktop, microwave, and coffee maker. Dine indoors at the intimate table for two (perfect for rainy day board or card games) or indulge in an alfresco experience outside on your furnished patio. Back indoors, recline on the comfortable sofa bed and stream all your favorite TV channels into the evening. The stylish and very inviting cottage boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with everything you need to prepare mealtime masterpieces for your entire group. Dine at the adjacent table (ideal for rainy day board games) or meet up in the furnished sunroom for an alfresco experience within view of the water. Back indoors, the comfortable living area offers a plush sectional sofa and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels using your own accounts. This home also includes your very own washer/dryer to let you pack light for your trip. Plan your next family gathering at this truly magical property! Things to Know From March 2024 through July 2024, there may be limited access to this vacation rental due to a county sewer project. There may also be times when all vehicles are restricted from 7th St. However, there will be permitted parking along Gulf Dr. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book. Guests under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
