Guest fully understands that: (i) some of the activities and recreational opportunities available at the Property are or may be dangerous activities, (ii) neither homeowner nor management company maintains the Property as a commercial recreation facility; (ii) neither homeowner nor management company supervises activities on the Property; (iii) in using the Property, each guest is responsible for assuming all risks, known or unknown or his or her own activities; and (iv) each guest will be using the Property where there may or will be other persons whose activities are not controlled by homeowner or management company. Each guest wishes to participate in recreational activities at the Property knowing they are potentially dangerous. Each guest accepts and assumes all risks of injury (including death) to guest and injury or loss to Property, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, as well as any liability from participation in recreation on the Property.
