Ok, might be a little expensive for what is offered.

Clean and well equipped, room service was very good.

Staff was sullen, I was told I cannot take anyone up to my room, i didn't want to, but I don't expect to be told that at close too 6000 a day. they charged me for the full 3 days even though I needed to check out in 2.

The hotel was under renovation and the rooms were not as per the expectation for the money what we were paid for.

terrible. waste of money and energy. low standards.

the staff were polite

renovation going on during the entire stay. management give a deaf ear to your inconvenience. absolutely pricey for the quality. rooms have moulds and stink of old worn out wood. too much air freshener used to cover up the stink. horrible stay. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. its NOT WORTH IT.

Premium rooms are good; location is great but facilities can be better.

Location and the room maintenance.. premium rooms are good.

Facilities like Gym or swimming pool. Gym has a space constraint and not many good equipment’s or weights at gym.

The bathtub I was with my mother and the bathtub was inconvenient. Slippery and not at all easy to use. I live in Europe and I have my own bath tub. This tile version was a big turn off. A regular shower would have been preferred instead

location of the property is good

it’s not maintained properly , rooms are noisy and service. is poor.

we had a good time at the hotel, view from the room was awesome, the staff was also very courteous and helpful.

the staff and location.

Food is super overpriced, also bathroom fittings were old considering the price.

Idle place in vashi for staycation with a right budget.

Value for money, the rooms are quite comfortable with subtle decorations. The view of the room was quite good. The staff was polite. Breakfast options were good. Overall it was a good place for staycation.

Room size could have been bigger but I opted for the classic rooms. I guess the suites are quite large.
