Strong cigarette smell

Free parking

Our room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke as well as cigarette burns on the coffee table. After walking barefoot I noticed the floors had dirt or crumbs everywhere. The free breakfast was only coffee and packs of instant oatmeal.

Checked in and checked out in less than 15 mins. Rooms smell smoke and pot. Not suited for a family.

Nothing in the hotel matches our expectation. The room smelled awful even though it mentioned that it is a non smoking property. Not friendly staff. Even though it said it is a non smoking property it is not . Rooms smell bad. The front desk staff confirmed that they cannot enforce non smoking policy and it is what it is.

Checked in late with family along with two kids. The room was supposed to have 2 beds to accommodate the 4 of us but it had only one bed. Checked with the front desk and they said they were fully booked and that is the only room they had. We checked in and went into the room and it smelled awful full of smoke and pot. Went backed to the front desk and requested a cleaner room but the lady at the front desk said she was helpless and cannot do anything and said we have to spend the night in that room. I did not feel comfortable staying in the room that smelled bad with two kids and decided to move out and look for a better option. Went back to the front desk and asked the lady if she could give us a refund since the room was not good and also there were not enough beds for all of us but she rejected. Finally she took my phone number and email and mentioned that the manager will call me next day to discuss about my situation. I did not receive a call nor an email. I lost my money booking this hotel and ended up looking for another hotel at 11 pm in the night with two little kids.

Great location, but the rooms need a lot of work.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The location was great! We were able to walk to the strip and back with no issues!

The rooms are very outdated. More than half of the wall sockets didn’t work and some of the lamps didn’t work as well. The shower has weird water pressure. The sofa bed was super uncomfortable. The linen on the bed was stained. The walls are THIN! You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. The AC unit was already super loud and annoying. They are incredibly understaffed so we felt really bad asking for anything.

Our room smelled of weed when entering. There was no clean bedding for the pull out sofa. The pull out sofa mattress was stained and did not have any sheets on it before use.

Nothing is good in this hotel. Cleanliness, wet smell in room, refrigerator water was out, mattress is not good. Very bad for money paid

I recommend to explicity ask bed sheets for the sofa and a fully furnished kitchen

The following morning, I found other people at the front desk who really help me to find a solution.

I booked a room with a fully furnished kitchen, but when I entered the room I found it completely empty. Also, when I went to the front desk to ask some pans and dishes, the guy told me he hadn't anything for us and kept repeating I had to wait for the following day, even if I'd stay there just one night. So, we had to knock other rooms to ask some furniture for the kitchen.

It's was easy to get to hwy.

No sheets, pots and pans, silverware, clogged sink, no trash can, blow dryer, and the clean towels we received had dirt/stains on them. Super upset.

POOR EXCUSE FOR A HOTEL. Arrived after midnight and a 20 hour International travel only to be checked into a room that was filthy. Went back to the front desk and was given another filthy room.

Spoke to Dianne the assistant General Manager. She gave me a $24.71 for a room that was 124.71. Room should have been free and people should be introduced into another profession because they have failed at HOSPITALITY. I also sent several messages through the app and never received a response.

The facility was sufficient for our needs. We could have slept better on more comfortable beds.

The location of the room met our needs. The staff was friendly, efficient and polite. There were enough beds for all 6 people in our party. The kitchenette was nice.

The fold-out bed was not made. We had to seek out housekeeping staff to get bedding. The bedding was inadequate for winter. We had to get lap blankets out of our car to keep the couple on the fold-out bed warm. There was supposed to be a grab-and-go breakfast provided. The doors to the lobby were locked when the food was supposed to be available. Checkout procedures were not clear and again, doors were locked when we were ready to leave.

couch bed mattress in room had stains on it didn’t look clean , no sheets on mattress , bed was broke so part of bed slanted downward , asked front desk for extra sheets and blankets due to none in room they provided only one thin blanket , informed staff about non cleanliness and very few covers , staff did nothing about it, and informed manager was not available, my kids had to place the pillows on the couch on the floor and lay on them due to couch bed being broke

Absolutely NOTHING

We were in the back of the property and it reaked of poop and urine outside the room. The room was not cleaned well. I touched the edge of a table and it was sticky, there was trash on top of the fridge, and there was a candy wrapper in the heater. Obviously the 10 step cleaning process is not followed.. The phone did not work. The door between the bedroom and living room was missing. Also even though its January, there were no blankets!

Location was great

Didn't even get to stay there. There computer system was down for hours very in convenient for me and my children. We went to attend a family wedding had to accommodate somewhere else.

I liked that it was affordable

I did not like that it was in a bad area and the hotel was very dirty. It was not clean at all and the quality was really bad. When I went to check out, there was no front desk staff and I had to check out with the maintenance man who wrote down my room number and he told that they will check me out when the front desk staff arrives. It was already 11 am and they did not have any staff .

We had to ask the front desk for the dishes to cook, instead of them asking us if they were needed when we checked in. I had to but dinner Friday thinking there eere6no pot, pans, dishes to cook with, in ever other extended stay these item were already in the room. Floors were filthy, a/c ducts were filthy. I tool pics if needed.

Bad area. The room smelled like smoke. The toilet was clogged. The management didn't think that the room smelling like smoke and the toilet been clogged was a big deal. There also weren't thrash cans in the motel for you to put your thash in.

Might save you money, but not worth it. Keep looking!

I liked that this hotel was easy to find and near enough to dining options and to the airport. We also enjoyed the pool area just fine, even though the jets in the hot tub did not seem to be working.

The staff member at the front desk appeared to be the only employee on site. There was no bedding for the sofa bed, so I called for some, but she told me to walk down to get them from the office. She also made it seem like I was making a special request, even though our reservation was for 6 people, and we would clearly need the sofa bed as well as the 2 queens. She gave me no pillows, however, saying that they had run out of pillows. She made no offer to bring any, either. We had broken furniture and a broken telephone in the room, the sofa bed was uncomfortable, and there was an unmistakable smell of marijuana smoke coming into the room from the outdoor balcony (which is shared with the other rooms). Since we only needed the room one night before going out on an early flight, we tolerated these things, but I would not stay there again and would've changed hotels if our stay had been longer.

We remain overall pleased with ESA and will definitely consider ESA in the future.

The property, building, access, room, amenities were as expected. Price/value proposition adequate.

Point 8 of the ESA pledge. i.e. cleanliness of floor: walking barefooted or in white socks resulted in blackening of feet soles and the socks. Expressed this concern to 'Hazel' upon checkout while indicating to her that Room 3605 now possessed a new coffee pot and a new queen side bed blanket. She seemed to be genuinely concerned about the floor.

this is not a family friendly place to stay, the room was dirty and smell to cigarette and dirty. Dirty as I never have seen a room hotel in my life. and they said they’ll refund me part of the money and that never happen.

absolutely nothing

the room was poorly managed the couch bed that was in the room was broken the ac unit in the room worked as expected but there was a square cutout in the wall with a fan in it and it was very noisy if turned on the housekeepers did NOT keep up with the maintenance in the rooms I came back after a long day thinking about clean sheets and trash thrown away just to realize NO ONE has touched the room NEVER COMING BACK I did not pay the amount that I paid for just to have this happen

it had two beds and a sofa

the furniture was old. the sofa was broken. not enough shampoo or bar soap. the breakfast was a snack not a breakfast. needed a place to shower and sleep, but this was pretty beat up.

Superb

The floor plan, the good sized fridge , the way things could be used in more than one way.

That there was no trash in the bathroom, no plug for the tub to bathe the little kids. The dirty floor. Things like the light switches, night stands, back of the door in the bathroom needing cleaning.
