Nice stay, good place, value for money.

Room was big, clean and comfortable, a little old-fashion but good value for money. Options for delivery nearby, has a fridge, private bathroom as indicated. Good location.

Food could be better. Even if they say it is not allowed to smoke, a lot of smell of cigarettes.

Great value and kind staff!

I think that this hotel was great for the value. Was in town for a concert at the Sphere and was able to walk right over. The bartender was super friendly and there were 2 happy hours! All staff were kind and accommodating.

To get anywhere else you had to cab and if you're looking to gamble a ton with variety this isn't the place.

Por favor modernizar el hotel. Tienen una muy buena ubicación y los comentarios son negativos.

La atención de Ricky al momento del check in y del check Out excelente.

1. Goteras en el baño. Estás fueron informadas perdón desafortunadamente no hubo cambio de habitación. 2. La atención de alguien del Staff en la recepción fue terrible. Grosero, déspota y antipático. Era quien acompañaba a Ricky ese mismo día. 3. Hotel muy viejo y poco mantenimiento. Se escucha el ruido y pasos de las personas arriba y a los lados.

Altmodisches Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte

Sehr großes Zimmer mit 2 Betten, Klimaanlage, Sauberkeit, Kühlschrank, Frühstück vergleichsweise günstiger als auf dem Strip. Die Mitarbeiterin vom Frühstück war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für eine Nacht ok.

Sehr altmodisch. Kühlschrank ist sehr laut. Taxirufservice katastrophal. Als das Taxi nicht kam, meinte der Mitarbeiter, ich soll mir an der Straße selber eins anhalten, was ich mitten in der Nacht machen musste.

Housekeeping and security guard need training with disabled people

Well when I stayed there with my boyfriend I was getting ready to check out and I talked to the gentleman at the front desk when I checked in and told him I was blinded when I and I told him I needed extra time at checkout and he didn't have a problem with it . The front desk gentleman was very nice and so he would inform housekeeping that it would take me a little bit longer .the day I checked out I had an old man screaming at me when I went to open the door to leave and talking really aggressively on his little walkie talkie to whoever and a security guard tell me to move faster and when I told him I was blind he told me I was lying and kept screaming at me and when I was waiting with my boyfriend he told us to get off the property and they were very rude and disrespectful but all other things it was a nice place I just think the staff need to be more nicer to disabled customers . But overall like the front desks were nice housekeeping and your security guards need to be more nicer and informal to people that have disabilities like I was embarrassed for them for the way they were acting. And when I tried to explain to them that I was blind in one eye and it just took me longer they just yelled at me louder until I felt uncomfortable enough where I almost was in tears the way they were yelling and swearing all the above I think that they need to be trained better I guess and the fact that it was with a disabled person they should have the utmost respect towards people and clearly they didn't have it that day.

All on all it was good. If needed I'd stay there again.

The layout of the room was great, I loved the counter space and the price was reasonable.

The phone and walls needed some attention, a quick wipe down. The room lighting wasnt the best, challenging when you need to do your eye brows 😆

A good stay in Las Vegas

The room is spacious. The hotel is a 15 minutes walk from the strip; there is a bar in the hotel, and a possibility to have dinner. Staff is really friendly and try to help you.

The cleaning of the room. I booked a stay for 3 weeks and that meant I had a right for cleaning of the room every 4 days. Every 4 days I asked for my room to be cleaned. The 1st week it took 4 days to get the room cleaned, the 2nd week it was done on day 5 and the 3rd week it took 3 days for the room to be cleaned. This should be done automatically, I should not have to ask. Each time I heard the excuse there is not enough personnel. Wifi is bad.

Bij een volgend bezoek aan Vegas ga ik op zoek naar een beter hotel

Vooraf gevraagd of we een kamer aan de straatzijde konden krijgen. Hier was niets mee gedaan en wilden ze bij inchecken ook niet uitvoeren. Ronduit smerige kamer; overal haren, vieze vloerbedekking, toilet trok niet door, douchegordijn doorgezakt, afzuiging in de badkamer maakte ongekend lawaai en deed het hele plafond trillen. Onder het bed was al maanden niet meer gestofzuigd. Het hele hotel is in vervallen staat en mag echt geen $165.00 per nacht kosten. Schoonmaak 1x per 4 dagen! Dus ook geen schone handdoeken! Restaurant/ontbijtzaal was 1 dag gesloten. Personeel had al 13 dagen onafgebroken gewerkt en hadden zich ziek gemeld. Voorgaande jaren was er nog een shuttlebus beschikbaar om je naar de Strip te brengen, maar daar waren ze mee gestopt. Alles was de schuld van corona volgens het personeel...

Excellent rapport qualité prix

Grande chambre, c'était très propre. Aucun frais caché, le personnel était courtois et gentil. En face de l'hôtel c'est la sphère qui est magnifique à aller voir.

Ce fut très long faire le check in environ 45 min d'attente (file extérieure). Le wifi était de mauvaise qualité. Un peu loin de la strip, mais en prenant le monorail tout est à côté.

Terrible value for money. Horrible experience

Leaving.

The staff were rude. The rooms were unclean. There were a pair of socks next to my bed and a stained towel hanging in the bathroom. There were tissues In the bin. There was no WiFi and no mobile signal at the promises so I had no connection my whole stay and the just told me there is nothing they cab do. It’s not their problem.

Dirty, run down a lot of items are broken door locks are hard to lock. Homeless sit on steps under cover of weather and sleep. I just deal with it, room rates are overpriced for the condition

Very good stay 2 blocks away from the Strip

TLDR if you're not picky and just need a place to sleep, then it's fine.

Shower and water pressure was good. Location is central and close by to the convention center.

Beds are meh but good enough to have a decent sleep. Housekeeping tried to open the door around 10am (when we were still getting ready) and would have if we didn't the chain on it. No knock or anything. Outlet plugs were mostly loose so heavier ACs would just fall out. Not sure if it was just ours but tried to use the hair dryer, but it sounded like I was being electrocuted so turned that off right away.

The room was very clean and spacious. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, allowed me a late check for free. No resort fee.

Careful when using your card for deposit here.

Basically needed to pay $100 deposit used my card and it said approved and came out of my account but the hotel said they’d don’t receive anything, then had to give them another $100 to get into my room. Checked out and only got $100 back when they owed me $200. Thanks for scamming me

This hotel was a total disaster. The old man at the reception was very rude. After check-in, they informed us that the pool is closed and housekeeping service is only done every 4 days. In our room, there were dirty marks on the mirror, hair in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor. (I attach photos). We didn't have a coffee maker, coffee, or tea, which I take for granted nowadays. We didn't even get a regular kettle after asking for it. The pool was supposed to open on April 12th, but when we left on April 16th, it was still closed. Such things should be displayed when booking the room. We left almost $500 in 3 nights and got no service. I definitely do not recommend this hotel and it is better to pay a little extra and get better service.

pool wasn’t working and works were carried out. we got a voucher for 2 standard drinks for not having a pool. the mattress was super uncomfortable and saggy in the middle. there were 3 pillows but all different shapes, sizes, a bit lumpy and not comfortable.

Older but good hotel with ALL the facilities. Well situated.....my 3rd stay and will return. Gerry behind bar was excellent in customer service aspect.

Older hotel, but it met our needs and room was clean. Smoking rooms are becoming scarce, so thanks!

Restaurant served good food, and all the staff were courteous. Room needed some repairs, but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Has plenty of towels for our needs. There is a small refrigerator in the room, which was greatly appreciated. The elevator was a blessing, but is very small - just enough room for us and our luggage! The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean, and there were speakers in that area playing classic rock music. Has a small casino with older games (Texas Tea - max bet was 45 cents!), which was convenient for early morning or late night fun. Won a little bit, so we were happy! Also located within walking distance of the monorail. And a short distance from the strip! Parking at the hotel was free, which most of all the hotels now charge for parking.

There was no coffee maker in the room, though it is shown in the photos. Nor was there a safe, which is disappointing when you are in Vegas! The room was next to the stairwell, so there were lots of noises late at night. The fan in the bathroom needs to be replaced, as it screams when it's turned on. Toilet seat also needs to be replaced - a bolt was missing. They charged for coffee and drinks, with only one refill : ( Being located close to the police station, there were some shady-looking people hanging around public areas. We had no confrontations, but we were cautious to stick together and be aware of our surroundings.
