Le lit était confortable, la télé grande ok mais vieillot. Le casino n'offre que deux bouteilles d'eau.

La baignoire était bien trop petite et...j'ai trouvé des poils dedans...donc le service doit quand même être revu, surtout que quand je suis arrivé, ma chambre était la seule ouverte...assez cocasse.... Pas de passage dans les chambres pendant le séjour, ok. Minimum du minimum pour le savon.

Staff and casino great but expected better room standard (bathroom).

Awesome location and great staff! Casino floor is awesome! Rooms are clean. Breakfast at hooters is great.

Elevators- 17 floors and only one of three elevator was working. This made me mad. A few times I spent 15 mins waiting for elevator, which came always full and in the end I was not able to enter and had to use the stairs. That was not so nice with all the suitcases! Also you should renovate the bathrooms, toilet and bath tube are so old and disgusting that I was disgusted to use them.

elevators skipped our floors constantly! also access to the stairs was locked! i want not able to open the door to the stairs! also booked a room and at check in it was not available… and the ac and tv and just about everything but one light was not working

Awful. Dirty.

The pool facilities were nice and location was good

The rooms were filthy. Dust everywhere. The first room we went to smelled of vomit. We had to move. When we arrived we were told we would have to upgrade to a king room despite having paid for one. Receptionist was incredibly rude. Got a queen room despite having paid for a king. Would never stay here again. Had to pay a massive deposit.

A budget option

Oyo is located just a few minutes walk from the strip and bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Casino was fine.

The elevators took forever and kept breaking down. One time it took 15 minutes of waiting before one came which is just super inconvenient. The rooms are dated and need a refurb - in particular the bathrooms.

Fomos cobrados um valor de caução super alto! Mais caro do que o que pagamos pela estadia, o que não faz nenhum sentido. O valor foi 100% reembolsado alguns dias depois do checkout, mas mesmo assim! para um viajante, ficar com uma quantia alta presa por dias é bem frustrante

Quiet happy, would come back again

Good clean room, hot shower, TV working. Complimentary water bottles in room. Spacious and quiet. Room was in the Ocean view area, within a short walking distance to the Strip and bus stop to get the Deuce bus for the strip. Overall very good. Close to airport, only 8-10 mins via Uber.

Bit of a smoking room carpet smell, could deal with it, only stayed one night. Otherwise was a good stay.

Hôtel très confortable, RAS

Un peu excentré du strip, ce qui explique aussi un prix plus abordable. Le versement d'une caution aussi élevée (250$) est surprenante et peu commode.

La atención de los trabajadores

Información que no fue clara al momento de hacer la reserva por booking, se pago todo con impuestos incluidos y en el lobby cobraron adicional 50 dólares de impuesto de resort por cada habitación, por lo tanto la información de la reserva fue engañosa, teniendo en cuenta que eran dos habitaciones fueron 100 dólares adicionales.

ME ROBARON EN EL HOTEL y los empleados de seguridad cuando les reclamé me botaron diciendo que no podían hacer nada me robaron dinero más de 1000 dólares y mis pertenencias perfume botas vino cargadores y demás cosas

Good location, but very inconvenient with facilities and cleaning

location was good

There were five elevators in the building, but ONLY TWO worked. We had to wait at least 10-15min during weekend as there are no stairs down to lobby. Also, they never cleaned our room during our stays even though we didnt put any sign not to disturb me.

It was great and accomodati ng.

The place was safe for my kids unlike the other hotels.

No 24/7 restaurant that age friendly. No hot water, no room services available except cleaning I believe. Also the deposit fee of $250 which was more expensive than our 2nights stay which I believe is too much.

Good place to stay on the strip

The location, the casino, the room was spacious and the bed was big. It was definitely worth the money for the location.

There was only one lift working, as a lot of people have said. The maximum time we waited was about 5 minutes. So it’s definitely not as bad as everyone says. Check out day, 2 lifts went past we couldn’t get which was a bit frustrating.

Not staying there again. The premises is getting old and worn down.

Location and no parking fees.

Elevators were not working. Only 1 working elevator of 3 in the tower with the most rooms. It took about 25 minutes to catch the elevator. No stairs to exit building. The amenities were not available the pool and exercise room but was written as they were open. Carpets were old and dirty. No hand soap in the bathrooms. Front desk representatives were not helpful in refunding our resort fees when the fees were not available to guests. Staff did not seem to care about non working elevators and did not inform customers at check in.

The stay was fine, except for the mattress.

The room was good. Location is very good. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

The mattress on the bed was sagging, it was quite uncomfortable. I don't understand why the hotel doesn't do something as basic as having mattresses in good condition.

Location was great for us, beds were comfy, noise was minimal.

There are only two lamps in the room AMA is so dark, one of our was broken and I let them know 5 minutes after getting to the room, they said they’d replace it and never did. Dealt with the darkness for two days. The shower was dirty. There was hair on the floor of it and looked like something splattered on the shower curtain eww. And then when I did take a shower the water pressure was nonexistent. Lastly the elevator was a trip. One night I felt trapped on the second floor! The elevator kept passing our floor so then we were gonna take the stairs and creepiest stairwell ever and the door that looks like it would have stairs behind it said that an alarm would sound if we opened it so we didn’t. Elevator finally came but took a good 10-15 minutes!

저렴해서 선택한 호텔입니다만, 현장에서 결제하는 리조트피까지 생각하면 엄청난 이득이 있는건 아닌 것 같습니다. 체크인 직원분이 친절했고 짐도 맡아줍니다. 주변 방의 소음이 들리지 않아서 좋았습니다.

1박만 묵었는데, 체크아웃 하는 날 아침에 하우스키핑 남직원이 노크 후 대답할 틈도 없이 바로 문을 열었습니다. 저는 화장실에 있었고, 인기척이 있다는걸 알았는지 죄송하단 말도 없이 바로 나갔습니다. 너무 놀라고 불쾌한 경험이었습니다! 방 안의 히터소리가 잠을 못잘 정도로 정말 크고, 곳곳에 먼지가 너무 많았습니다.

For the price and location it was ok. Any other time, would prefer elsewhere.

The close proximity to Las vegas blvd for the price.

The room was very cold and noisy due to the heater. The heater started smelling like it was burning out, reported this to front desk who said someone will come to look at it. No one ever came to take a look leaving us with a heater that was cutting in and out throughout the night. Also, asked the front desk if there was any tea available for the rooms as no coffee or tea machine is in the rooms. They had to ask someone if they even have tea. Told us they would call us back, no one called back. When we called again no answer from the front desk.

No respetaron mi reservación y la primera noche me mandaron a una habitación sucia y el inodoro se dañó y salió todo el agua sucia , muy mala experiencia , de las 4 noches nunca cambiaron mis sábanas y pedí que lo hicieran pero nunca fueron , muy mala experiencia.

Probably won’t stay here again.

The property is in a good location.

I didn’t like the fact that there was hair all over the shower and tub before my boyfriend went to take a shower on our first night there. There is dried urine on the back of the toilet. We found a bandaid in the bed that wasn’t from either of us. I tried talking to someone and never got a response.

Nice hotel on good price. Great location!

Very comfortable big room. Everything is clean. Very good WiFi. Great location! Big parking with many places to park. Nice staff and receptionists. We enjoyed our stay.

The airconditioner is very noisy. Although it works and the room was warm. No fridge in the room. There was only one small soap for 3 people for all the 4 nights that we stayed! Nobody added a new one or changed the used soap for the whole period of our stay.

Terrible. Dirty with leaks in both bathrooms.

It’s been 16 days and I still ain’t gotten my two $250 deposits back so I been out $500 that I have needed. I got my back to refund one yesterday but they won’t do both unless the company gives me a letter and now the hotel can’t find me in the system.
