The location
The pool had so much chlorine it burnt our eyes so bad. And the water was waaaay too cold for spring time.

The pool area, the central location of the hotel. The rooms was nice and clean.
Both beds feel like I was going to roll out of it. We had to put the extra pillows under the mattress on each side of the bed to help hold the edge up. If I was sleeping in the bed by myself this would not have been as big of as a problem because I could have slept in the middle. But I shared the bed with someone else it was a problem.

Good view nice staff.
The pool area was chlorinated I couldn’t be in there more than 5 minutes. My chest and eyes hurt so bad I had to exit within 5 minutes I didn’t even get in the water

The pool was nice. We were there to celebrate my son's 7th birthday, and he had a great time in the pool.
Checking in was not an easy process. The front desk staff kept telling us our room was not ready. Come back in 10 minutes, cone back in 5 minutes, etc. After 4 visits to the front desk, we finally got our room keys. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. Our room was smaller than I expected, but it worked fine for the three of us. We had a view of the ballpark, but the lower half of the windows were full of condensation, so my son had to stand on a chair to enjoy the baseball game going on.

The pool was perfect. The water was not too chlorine smelly pull did not have a heavy odor of chlorine and it was very clean area. A worker came in about 30 minutes before it was closing he's very friendly and check something. it was great. I got my reservation booking all mixed up somehow this time and Karina at the front desk took care of me wonderfully on the phone she was very friendly very patient. And that was before we got there she made sure when we got there everything would be set up and ready for us. And breakfast was great. All of the desk staff was very friendly the whole 3 days over all Karina was extra helpful truly appreciate it

The staff was great! As a whole, probably the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. I would like to mention one specifically; her name is Alyssa. She was great!
The pool itself was nice. The water features were a great touch and unique; our kids loved them. However the water clarity was an issue. Keeping the water balanced is tough, especially when patron usage is high. I get that. However it can be done.

I liked that the staff was very friendly
The pool area and dining experience were so gross. We actually had several people from our group get very sick after swimming in the pool that looked like lake water. The carpet in our room was sticky everywhere, and the toilet was absolutely disgusting in our room.

It was very family friendly, such a great environment, and overall very clean.
The room we stayed in didn’t have a microwave which would have been very convenient for bottle making in the middle of the night with a baby.

The swimming pool was was great for my younger children - ages 4 and 6. Breakfast was really good and the dining area was spacious. We stayed in a Queen Suite room w/ 4 adults and 2 kids and had more than enough room.
Our vehicle (conversion van) was too tall for the parking garage associated with the hotel (cost $21/day) that we had to pay for up front and couldn’t even use. There was a parking area down the street that we were then directed to that cost $41/day. We ended up parking in an “event parking” area for $20/day. I believe we were refunded a portion of the parking fee we paid up front to the hotel, but do believe the hotel needs to look at updating its parking arrangements for guests.
