Perfect!

I love that there is a washer and dryer in your room. It's so nice to take clean clothes home! The rooms are exceptionally clean and super quiet! There is always ample towels, washcloths and bed linens!

The only thing that would make our stay even better would be breakfast!

Great stay with a few run-in s

I like the parking close to the room. I like the basic stocked kitchen, I like everything was in working order. I liked two bedrooms offer private baths for each bedroom, I liked the pool decor and all the flowers all over the property. I liked vending was offered. Chris the maintenance guy is amazing, he directed when we needed towels, had questions and was always seen working near. Our stay was amazing due to Chris and The younger Man who works late night check in's, security staff kept close eyes on things and guest, I felt safe on property at all hours.

The floors and carpet definitely need a cleaning, swept mopped and deep cleaned. We ruined several new pairs socks walking in unit. Feet and socks looked like we ran a marathon outside barefoot. Would have mopped daily but no mop offered in unit only broom. My colleague was stung in bed in early morning hours from a adult scorpion, Maintenance was on top of checking for more and found some crickets, the front desk girl was less involved than you would expect when a guest is injured and needs medical attention. She made it sound normal to have these pest in buildings, as she explained she has them at home. Yes my jaw dropped too when she expressed this. She was very young but untrained how to handle this. 24 hours later we have still yet to hear from management and her note was very lacking with times and details and contact info. We went to find gym on Friday afternoon everything seemed locked up. We wasn't instructed we needed to use Gym earlier in day before 3pm, and never had any instructions given after staff noticed on camera we didn't successfully get to enter.

Amazing Family Friendly place to stay that made our lil weekend away so worth the money.

The location was excellent. The staff had to close the pool and activities due to weather but were very respectful about it and notified us when they were able to reopen. We will definitely be staying here again.

The only thing that was an inconvenience was to have to walk up to the main building to rent equipment for the activities, but it was understandable.

Always such a great place to stay

Absolutely everything. From check-in to check-out, it was all perfect.

If I had to be picky, maybe more shampoo in the rooms?

Very good

The location was great. Not in the crowd but very close to everything. The amenities like mini golf and basketball court was great and have a good gym too.

The sofa bed wasn't comfortable and I guess the bathroom wasn't the best but overall is ok.

Great family spot with great rates

Love the outdoor activity area but it needs lighting to be usable; the area is best used after dark when it cools off. Love the suites and their comfort to house a big group. The staff are very friendly. We enjoyed the pool.

Check out is too early for folks on vacation. Needs to be 11am instead. Check in is too close to dinner time being at 4pm, it needs to be 3pm to allow guests time to unpack & shower before dinner.

The pool area was great. The kitchen was nice. The master bedroom was comfortable..

The extra bedroom with 2 beds was awful. Matesss was bowed like a saddle. The bed frame had sharp jagged edge that cut deep gash in my wife's leg. That will leave a permanent scar. When I notified front desk. The attendant could have cared less and said that it wasn't her fault it was the companies problem to deal with... I'm the customer to me she is the company representative... paid 800 to stay in shabby room with 3 kids had an accident that I didn't try to have the hotel pay for yet was treated as if I was an inconvenience..... .i work in medical profession, I know what I could have required the facility to take responsibility for... but thought they might have common decency to try and offer some incentive to return.. my family visits Branson 4 times a year... that is possibly 3200 that this hotel will not get from my family without some compensation or free stay...

Loved the place, needs new mattresses

Loved the place and the rooms had everything that we needed!

The mattresses need replacing bad. I read reviews and thought it was an exaggeration but it wasn't. They sink in the middle and are very uncomfortable. The place would be much improved with that change.

Great Secluded place away from traffic but could use work in checking it's sofa beds.

Facility was nice. It's location was secluded from heavy traffic. Games in the back were great for the kids. Pool was nice for the kids as well.

My only gripe was the sofa bed was pretty dirty. Had to sleep on the couch itself.

We'll be back with our large family

Quiet location, activities for the kids like horse shoes and putt putt helped slow down the pace and save some money. Nice sized suite with kids room on the other side of the living room from the master. The pool was super clean

The smoker area near the pool wasnt great. It acted like a wind tunnel blowing the smoke to us at the pool.

Comfortable and family friendly.

The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen and living room areas were better than expected. I was able to have my baby's pack and play set up in the living room with plenty of room for us to move around.

Check out time was earlier than expected, but next time we'll know to ask for a late check out.

Can't wait for the next stay..

Location was awesome and the room size was very comfortable. The beds slept well and was very comfortable as well. It was remodeled recently I could tell but a great job well done. Also had a basketball court, pool table, mini golf and other amenities free of charge. And it had a kitchen and full size refrigerator as well. Had small blankets for couch that turned into a bed but take your own for extra comfort and your own pillows for the couch bed.

No complaints.

I liked the location it was quite, just didn't like the neighbors above me running thru there room day and night. And the cleaning crew could spent extra time cleaning the bathroom and toilets

The bed was very uncomfortable it was hard, I have back problems and woke up every morning in bad shape

it was large enough for our family of 6.

the beds were not comfortable. the walls were thin so we felt like we had to be quiet but also could hear our neighbors.
