I stayed only one of my two nights. The room was gross.

Not much really. The staff was the high point.

Dirty room. Floors were wet. Mold on the ceiling. Damp, stained bedding. Daylight could be seen through the door when it was closed.

When I return to area, I will stay here again!!

Fresh lining. Room smelled clean and fresh. Lady at front desk was extra nice and friendly. Man was picking up cig butts on the ground and parking lot in the late evening to tidy the area. Quiet area but still walking distance to restaurant and convenient store.

Room could use a spring cleaning. Example bathroom door and frig door looked like they could be wiped down. Room was super clean: shower, sink and counter, toilet, tops of desk and furniture.

A nice facility, but very difficult to get to.

Room was clean. Appliances (refrigerator, microwave, and TV) all worked fine.

Location of hotel. The constant stream of traffic on the road in front of the hotel made it nearly impossible to reach the parking lot. The only hope is to join the stream of traffic, drive to an intersection, make a U-turn, pull into the parking lot of the restaurant next to the hotel, and meander your way to reach the hotel's parking lot.

I would not stay here again. I feel the price was too high. Not a good value.

Location, friendly staff. Hot shower

Room was not clean. The bathroom had minimal cleaning. Found hair on floor and in shower from previous guests. Overall, noisy because of thin walls.

Next room over (113), dog howling and whining 3 and 4am in the morning not to mention Saturday, Sunday night. Recorded on my phone. Think the dog was caged

Very good

The front desk lady Wendy was very nice and professional. Everything else was good.

The dark haired lady that said she was the manager was pretty rude at check in and not professional at all. I made a special request when I booked my room for a downstairs room, after checking in she said there wasn't any available. I stayed five nights and at least five double room's was empty the whole time. My confirmation details said that my request was good. Someone changed that at 8:30 the next morning saying that there wasn't any room's available when clearly we can see empty room's. Point is be honest at the beginning because if I knew that I couldn't have a downstairs room I would of counseled my reservation. I have a disability but not disabled so I try not to get a handicapped room because someone else might need it. But I seen here the next night and she apologize for being rude. But everything else was great.

Had a great night’s sleep.

Very conveniently located for our trip, right off the freeway.

There was no breakfast, just coffee and juice, but several options nearby.

Mold will make you sick

The staff seemed to want to help.

The brown spots on the bed they said was rust. The big one was the mold that still has me sick 2 days after leaving. I thought it would be fine but the mold in the room ended up making everyone sick. We tried changing rooms but all 7 rooms we tried also had alot of mold in them. We asked for a partial refund but the owner got mad and wouldn't give us anything. We ended up paying for a different hotel because we couldnt go any longer in this one.

We booked a king bed suite with a fold out couch handicapped accessible room for 3 people (2 of which are handcipapped) and 2 dogs (1 of which is 13 years old, and basically handicapped). We get to the room, and there is only a chair, not a couch but we assumed it would fold out. We unload the car, hang up our clothes, etc. then find out the chair does not fold out. The manager came by and told us that we were not in the room with the couch, because we are in the accessible room, there is not room for a couch. Well that is what we booked, and that is how they have it on their website. He talked to my husband, and convinced him to just move us to the room next door, which was not accessible all without speaking with me. Old dog said she was not moving until the next morning, so all of the things my husband had moved to the other room had to be moved back, he had to go get our room key back, and only when we ask about a roll away bed did they remember they had them. Then the manager tells us that he will not charge for the roll away bed (you better believe you are not charging). Also, the room is inconveniently placed by the pool with no handicapped parking right in front of it, so we had to park further from the room than we should have. The bed is too high for handicapped people, the tub is too high for handicapped people to get in, there was no coffee maker, there was no breakfast (just juice and coffee), and a $10.00 charge for the third person that no one bothered to make us aware of. We paid almost $200.00 for the worst and most expensive hotel stay of our 2 week vacation. Terrible!

Hometown exceeds those at same level . Check in and compare your reception !

Lobby and public space is well done and immaculate . No breakfast , no problem, has a pool open and clean. Front desk reception Jennifer , Wendy and Wendy & Jeff are exceptional. Housekeepers are helpful , friendly . Best towels , quality and plentiful daily.

Refresh needed on washer dryer to card operated . Vending machines snd ATM are relics. Easy things I’m sure they will do when finished renovation . Phones looking tired, mine not working . But all this is what I would do . Amazing what technology in all things , does for your brand . Buying good washer dryer would reduce complaints , and pay for themselves .

it was comfortable, the staff we met were helpful and pleasant as well as flexible.

it was clean except for the top of the blowdryer holder... it was comfortable and convenient.

the room smelled like it had some water damage previously and may still have mold in the walls. the contractor that redo this room did not care a lot for doing things correct.... a lot of eye sires that just stood out.
