Great location for a trip with Uncruise and downtown. Fine, helpful staff,

I had sent written authorization for family members to check into two of the three rooms I reserved. Your front desk could not find that information and denied them access. Unforgivable!

Very close, walking distance to everything we scheduled on this trip!
We had to ask for service a few times on the room before we were acknowledged

Basic
It was just functional
No breakfast available

The location was great! The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was by the elevator but very quite!
There was no breakfast (for the high price I would have expected it). $1690.00 for three nights seemed very expensive...

We stayed at 4 Points for 2 nights prior to getting on the Nat Geo Cruise and it was an excellent location to explore Juneau as it was so close to great food, shops and Centennial Hall where we checked in for the cruise. Our room was large and comfy and I was able to workout in the mornings.

This hotel was exceptionally expensive, the facility didn’t merit the price although the room was very comfortable and they gave us early check in.

What a stupid question. There was no breakfast and no restaurant operating during our 3 night stay.
No food! For $600 a night, a simple continental breakfast would be good. The choice in the vending area were slim, at best. How about juice and a roll?

We had a great check in lady and the concierge was super helpful with excursion planning. Highly recommend using him.

It was clean, quiet and comfortable
Mountain view was not a mountain. It was a house and some trees.
The man that handles excursions was impatient and rude.

The location was best available but not spectacular for what aspires to be the best hotel in town. The staff was excellent and we did appreciate the restaurant.
The rooms did have a somewhat worn out look, maybe it was the carpets. The window was very dirty. For a room with a view I'd expect more. I understand Alaska does not need AC but this is an int'l hotel. The fans in the hallways added to the ad-hoc worn-out impression.

We didn't eat breakfast but did enjoy dinner there. We just thought everything was nice but it was very expensive
Everything was nice. We especially like the travel assistant in the lobby to help plan our activities

Nice people
Are you kidding me? $455 per night and no A/C???
Number 1 rule for a hotel. Provide a good nights rest. Complete fail. Slept like crap. So hot. Outside was great weather. Room hotter than hell

Staff was efficient
I came back home with a bed bug….
10.0
Staff were all helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and had everything I needed. There was even a fan already going when I arrived which was nice because it was hot that day.
The line seems to stack up at the front desk because there are only 1 or 2 staff at any given time. When there are large tour groups that arrive and a torrent of guests checking in at once, it would be nice to have additional staff present to help expedite the check-in process.
