Das Zimmer war großzügig, das Frühstück mehr als ausreichend.

Da WLAN hat nur unzureichend funktioniert. Der Pool war im Mai noch nicht geöffnet. Das angekündigte Bügeleisen war nicht vorhanden.

A paid alot to stay in a dump

The hotel is a dump & the people that were staying there looked sketchy, as soon as we got off the elevator it smelled like Marijuana, & the carpets are nasty. Front desk staff were not friendly & the continental breakfast was pitiful.

It was just ok.

I felt the room was adequate and clean. The location was very convenient to our destination.

I felt like the staff could be friendlier. Wasn't impressed with anyone upon check in or check out. I felt like we were inconveniencing them to do there job.

Decent but I wouldn’t stay again.

I liked the area of the property.

I didn’t like that it was dirty in the lobby:. The trash was overflowing in both lobby trash cans. I had to take me and my toddler up 3 flights of stairs because the elevator was broken. Also the hallways and stairways were dirty. Trash was everywhere. The room was okay. Just thought it’d be a bit better considering the location and price.

Room smelled horrible like cat urine . Roaches . Bed obviously wasn’t cleaned as I found random hairs under the blanket . Some of the lighting didn’t work either . Elevators didn’t work at all so had to walk up five flights of steps . There should be some type of compensation for these type of issues. . I have stayed here a couple years ago and this place has clearly went downhill .

Nothing was working and the customer service was horrible.

Location

I got stuck in the elevator after I checked in. No one seemed to care or even ask if I was okay. The front desk lady hung the phone up on me when I told her I was stuck. Nothing was down to make sure I was okay. Then my room was on the 5 th floor so I had to carry my luggage up and down all those stairs. My room didn’t have a remote to the tv and when I trie to call and get one no one answered. Also the night before I was supposed to check out my key didn’t work so that meant I had to walk back down those same stairs I had just walked up to get to the front desk and then walk back up

Absolutely horrible would give Zero stars

No body was at the counter to check us in. The security guard had us call the hotel but it took three times for the person to come to the desk. When we got to our room we were hit with a scent of cigarette smoke smell. Then when we got in we noticed the beds were stained, the trash cans were still full. And there were what looked to be cigarette ashes on the tables.

The worst place to stay and will no longer stay at this chain of hotels

There isn’t one thing we liked about this property. And it was hard to say that because we have stayed there for years but it seems to be under new owners and they have destroyed it

Everything from not being able to check in on time because the room wasn’t ready. Then the outlets not working in the room. Not being able TJ turn the light off because the switch didn’t work and the kicker was the microwave didn’t work and there was no other option to heat our food.

- No hair dryer available in the room - Only one elevator available - Dirty lobby floors (especially in the front of the only working elevator) - Indifferent staff - Hotel located close to the highway, I was waked up by the morning traffic

Room was nice, but they need to make sure things work in the hotel

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and overall hotel looked clean.

When we got there, there was no worker at the desk. I tried calling and no answer. Waiting about 5 to 10 minutes. The elevator was broken, didn't have a remote for the TV in the room, coffee pot had water in it and 1 light there was no switch to turn it off. Had to sleep with the light on. The back entrance smells like someone smoking pot. This was the case last year as well.

We did not stay due to the conditions.

That we got a full refund back.

Everything was terrible. Upon entering we were not told the elevator did not work, so hauling all of our luggage plus our 3 children was a hassle. We returned to the front desk and was told it was not working and to use the other one that was a further walk. While walking to the elevator the rooms we passed smelled like weed and there was loud music playing. Once we got upstairs it was even worse. As soon as we stepped off the elevator music was blasting as if someone was throwing a party and the weed smell was unbearable. We quickly got to our room with the kids and I returned downstairs to request a refund as the conditions were completely unacceptable for a NONsmoking room, on top of it being 11pm with music extremely loud.

There was a roach in our room. There were extremely loud guests and that same guest had a loud dog. The front desk person was clearly sleep Saturday evening when I needed my key reset. He asked no questions and reprogrammed it.-safety issue

Conveniently located near mall.

Facilities and rooms were not kept up. Elevator broke, stairwell dirty, rooms (bed sheets, towels, rug) dirty. Hot water for shower was out on 1/29/23.

I liked the staff. Especially the housekeepers working 4th floor. She was gorgeous and had pretty lil feet.

I liked everything. The location and safety are the the best.
