You get what you pay for

I liked the location of the hotel.

I didn't like the surprise $50 incidental deposit. Although it was refunded, I was not aware of the policy. I felt like I was being rushed when I received a knock at the door at 11:15 am telling me that it was time to check out. I informed the desk that I would be out before noon. The photos on the website were taken with a wide angle lens, which made the room appear larger than it actually was. I paid for a room with upgraded smacks, which consisted of one bag of microwave popcorn, one bottle of Apple and Eve orange juice, one granola bar, and one package of expired mini muffins.

Will never book a stay here or recommend anyone to stay.

Location

Room was smelling of weed. It was dusty. The bathroom fan was too noisy. The carpets were smelling of smoke. My 3 yr old son vomited. The staff did not apologize or even offer to change room when complained. Did not refund when checked out after one night suffocating stay (planned for 3 nights). They stated that it was a contract and they do not refund if booked via third party (Booking.com). I’m shocked to know that they don’t have smoke censors in the rooms (learned from GM of facilities) which is considered a safety feature. New ownership does not want to refund customers for such bad hospitality.

It's gone downhill

The location is great.

The sink faucet was about to fall off . The sheets were stained and there was heavey cigarette odor even though the room was supposed to be nonsmoker.

Dissappointing

It was quiet. Staff was nice. Location was good.

Place went downhill since I stayed here last year. Door latch was coming out of door and held in by one screw. Shower/bathtub drain was on floor and slow drain. No fridge. TV remote control was missing battery cover.

I survived

Pet’s stayed free. Staff was helpful and polite. No noise from adjacent rooms other than plumbing sounds. Good location for accessing everyday necessities on a long stay.

Cigarette and marijuana smoke got sucked into my room via air conditioning from the many smokers whose idea of staying in a nonsmoking room was to stand just outside their door and mine to smoke. Significant late night noise from sketchy clientele who hung out on the walkways and balconies smoking and talking. Hotel was site if a drug related shooting earlier on the year and several residents fit the Central Casting stereotypes for drug traffickers. Didn’t feel safe here.

This was my third visit to this hotel, and was pretty disappointing this time around.

Location, close to the temple we planned to visit

Staff - very rude. Room Keys not ready, blaming Housekeeping. No accountability. No apologies. Informed that I had an infant and an elderly mother, but still provided the far most room from the elevator, and that too after 45 mins of wait.

The convenience of the location.

The toilet seat was round, but the toilet was in an oval shape. The sink was loose. Barely any of the outlets worked. The air conditioner was old and plugged into an outlet that didn't work. The bannister across the top was peeling and dusty.

The room was nasty holes in the wall light in bathroom didn't work bed was broke in half had bugs in the room and we ended up not staying and driving 3 hours home
