We liked the location and staff were very friendly.
Wife said the checkout person was rude when checking out. Bed seemed hard and pillows were too plump.

Location was convenient for my travel purpose.
The room and furnishings smelled like “years” cigarette smoking. (No exaggeration!)

location and that it had a kitchenette, bed comfortable
I was told we were going to get house keeping every other day by front desk staff which was not true. We got housekeeping once in 6 days. We had to get our own towels etc. There is a recliner in the room but the foot does not raise up what is the point.

I liked the studio setup. It had everything you could possibly need. The bed was comfortable.
It was obvious that it wasn’t cleaned in a while. The microwave was splattered with sauce. The couch and chair were badly stained and the bathroom and closet door mirrors had stains from people grooming themselves. Heavy dust in corners of the rooms and furniture. Didn’t make me feel comfortable placing any personal items on surfaces.

location very convenient to Pitt without the high price of staying in the city. sheetz right next door made it easy to step out for coffee or snacks at any hour. king suite with kitchenette was perfect for traveling when we wanted comfort beyond a traditional hotel and options to bring back food when we didn’t want to eat out.
the mattress could be more comfortable and the shower did not have a liner, just the cloth curtain. also the bathroom fan was always running so we had to shut the door when sleeping to cut down the noise

How I told Miss Brenda one of the manager that I was going to stay there during the weekend that they were getting ready to be sold out and she said okay I'll put you on the list so you won't be affected by it fell out she didn't so I had to leave the hotel with nowhere to go and I had to find a hotel that I had been there almost two months and told me that i could be there passed that Friday and i thought that was so wrong and they did nothing to help me because one of there staff didn't do what she was supposed to and I felt like I should have been accommodated but they didn't I feel like my color played a part in it
How management don't do their job like Miss Brenda when I told her that I would be there them two weeks that they were getting ready to be sold out and she knew it and didn't put me in the list to stay there

I liked the room and location
There was a strange man listening outside my door. A family member had to chase him away twice. Very creepy. I didn't bother alerting the front desk because i didn't think I would get any results

Good
The Saturday night we stayed there was very loud. There was a hockey and a football game. I didn't get much sleep due to the partying. I finally called the desk at 3:30 A.M. and reported the problem. The desk person was very polite and he said he would check it out. He said to call back in 10 minutes. I called back in 10 minutes and was told security was dealing with the problem. They calmed down some. I had to sleep with my headphones on. Needless to say, I slept very little that night in my $200 room. I later went to the front desk and asked to talk to the manager. The lady said that the manager was not there and asked about the issue. She was very kind and professional. She deducted $50 from my bill. I now know not to stay at a hotel in Pittsburg when there is a home hockey or football game. In my opinion, the loud group of people should have been removed from the hotel.

Breakfast was good and the hours of it were fair. I was happy with the soaps provided in the shower and the number of towels. I was very happy with the TV’s channel selection. Happy with the hotel’s location in relation to my ultimate destination.
The room was nice but needed some TLC in parts. Some of the bathroom tiles were loose. I was kind of disappointed that some basic toiletries like q-tips were not provided in the room automatically. Some of the breakfast food tasted like it had been left out for awhile.
