Won’t stay again. USB ports don’t work
Asking for an extra blanket and they had none, instead was given a sheet set.
Breakfast was not good. Some of the oranges were rotten. Very little Walnuts and when asked if they have more, they said ni more walnuts.

We had a reservation for Saturday, March 30, 2024, just for 1 night, as we were there for a funeral occurring that same afternoon. After a 6-hour drive, we arrived around 1:15pm, the parking lot was nearly empty and the lobby was quiet. We knew check-in wasn’t officially until 3pm, but I went in to ask the front-desk staff if a room might be ready early. I explained that we needed to change clothes because we had to leave right away to attend a funeral. The woman there checked and told me that our room wasn’t ready and in fact there were no rooms available yet, but we could use the lobby restrooms to get ready.
I do understand that many hotels have a difficult time retaining staff and it can take longer than for various services (like room cleaning). So I thanked her and we laid out our luggage in the lobby and did as she suggested. I want to say that the lobby bathroom was fairly large and very clean. One down-side was I had to put everything on the bathroom floor while I changed (not my favorite option, but as I said, it was clean).
What offended us is, during the 20 minutes we were there getting ready (our things laid out in the lobby area, right in front of the desk), TWO different parties arrived and asked if any rooms were ready. BOTH groups were checked-in, given rooms and happily went to them right in front of us.
I’m not sure why this happened, but there are plenty of other options and we will not be staying at a Holiday Inn (Express or otherwise) again.

The folks at Front Desk could be little bit nicer. This hotel is right in between 2 vape stores with parking lot filled with pot aroma.

Beautiful clean property and valuable price. Only recommendation/request is that they install a magnified mirror in the bathrooms that expanded from the wall for make up applications & close shaves. Otherwise I'll be visiting Holiday inn Express again!

This place is super clean and well maintained. The room was great - plenty of space, comfortable bed, nice work space and bathroom.
I really liked the fitness room. Lots of room and plenty of things to do.

Desk staff were very pleasant. Ordering room service was a mistake, 2 hours to get half our food and we were in a rush. Don’t order room service and it’s a pretty good stay.

Excellent cleanliness, safe and secure place. Very friendly staff. Nothing to complain. We were there for 1 night stop over and everything was nice.

The hotel is relatively cleaner since it is a newer hotel. But the price is a bit higher than it should be.
Breakfast is with so cheap and low quality items that I couldn't eat them.
At night they have no one at the front desk and couldn't give us a pillow because she was taking too much time with other guests and kept us waiting for hours for pillow as she was the sole person working in the hotel at night.
They didnt put clean bedsheet and towels for sofabed and also they do not put an extra pillow for guests additional stuff in the closet unlike other hilton brands.
Only the coffee was good.
I will not rate this above 7 although some did rate them way higher.
Breakfast itself makes it's rating lower than 8.
I will not recommend anyone to go this hotel unless their quality of breakfast items changed.

It was overall a very pleasant stay.

We came in for Steel City con on Thursday. We did not arrive until around 8pm. Person at the front desk was super friendly and checked us in quickly. Got to the room and it was very nice. We stayed two nights and we were less than a mile to the convention center. It was great because it was like going to the Con a back way with minimal traffic. Breakfast was good and slightly different each day. If something ran out there was a gentleman that filled it right up. We were close to restaurants, fast food, and shopping. Thinks that could improve is the plug situation between the double beds. Not enough room for two chargers for the phone. I am not a fan of plugging just into a USB I just used a different plug on the dresser. And in the morning you can hear water running for the showers in room next door. But that is not a deal breaker. I would stay here again. Pricing could have been a little better but there was a huge demand because of the Con and Steeler Game.

This is an incredibly clean and tidy property. The staff is personable, very professional and kind. The staff put on a great breakfast and tended to the food area constantly. That was very appreciated!

Deluxe king room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was the usual options, but the seating area was comfortable and the food was replenished. Location is a little odd -- a little squirrely getting in and out of the parking lot, and the whole area is a sea of endless shopping malls.

I have stayed in many of the hotels in Monroeville. The Holiday Inn is the newest in the area, is very comfortable and has the best breakfast.

The property was ideally located in near Sri Venkateswara Temple, Pittsburgh. We enjoyed our stay, but would like to request the management to focus on cleanliness and add some vegetarian options in breakfast.

My stay was for a weekend getaway we were greeted when we arrive and everytime we walked into the lobby. The hotel was very clean and quit. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay here. The only comment I have is the cleaning staff not listening to us when I told her we didn’t want housekeeping services for our room. She had tried to come in 3 times after we said no and as soon as we left the room to run errands she came in anyway. Did not appreciate that but other than that, we enjoyed everything else.

Lots of road noise. Thin walls. Lots of sounds from upstairs and hallway. Comfy bed. Should have recycling on property.
