Dirty, smelly and not safe

This hotel was terrible. It has not been kept up. Room was dirty, walls looked terrible like someone tried to repair and paint. Our room smelled and we did not feel safe. We slept with our clothes on and on top of the blankets. The back door was left open and anyone could just walk in and out. We were only there for one night we had to travel to Salina for a visitation and funeral for a loved one.

Disappointing

Check in person was very welcoming and kind.

Confirmation was for king bed non smoking room. When we arrived we were told our room was not ready, clean, or available, that it was "in bad shape" and that there were no more king rooms available. She instead assured us that we would be even more pleased with a larger room with 2 queen size beds. . Instead our room was a one bed double bed size room. (Rm #109) We were VERY disappiinted. The room was otherwise OK except for old large ugly stain in middle of table chair.

We have come to trust staying at any Days Inn as the rooms are great, always clean and staff is friendly.

Great place to stay when away on business.

The room was very nice, I was given a suite since the checkin process was problematic. It was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The check in process was 45 mins late due to it being fully booked the night before. Evident of a staffing shortage and the person who was there clearly had no clue what she was doing since she kept calling for help for each individual check in. Management needs to do better to make sure the workers are properly trained and can handle themselves alone on a busy weekend.

breakfast sucked, no milk, decaf coffee was just water, toaster barely worked, nothing to put the gravy on, what little gravy there was was seemingly from the day before, carpets had not been cleaned for a while, staff was surly.

Will stay elsewhere next time.

needs new carpet and a major facelift. breakfast was disappointing. smells like nicotine vape bad on the second floor. our room has almost no working lights or many power outlets.

Staff was nice and helpful.

This place is pretty dirty. The stairs up to the room look like they haven’t been vacuumed in months. When I got into our room, I went to turn the air conditioner on and saw the curtains were covered in mold. So gross 🤢 the place in general is really outdated. I should have spent an extra $50 to go somewhere else.

Pleasant

Dirty carpet. Dirty couch. Dim lighting & burned out light. Musty smell in room. Picked this place for pool & hot tub. After checking it out.....pretty scetchy water.

A basic motel close to the highway .

Easy to acess from the highway. Easy to get a parking lot. Basic breakfast.

Uncleaned and not so fresh, to hotel is worned down and needs renovation and a change of furniture.

Very good

Check-in lady was wonderful. Room was fine but needed actual bed pillows, not those little, hard square ones you put on a sofa. Breakfast was adequate. The town of Salina, Kansas was a really pleasant surprise. Downtown area was revitalized and just great!!

Please put bed pillows on beds.
