Disappointing

The women who checked us in was pleasant

Supposed to be non smoking, double beds. Room smelled like smoke, no double beds only king. Made our allergies go crazy so the rest of our trip was not as great as it could have been and was told that this specific hotel did not have double beds. No ice, nothing to use to drink coffee or tea with, only had towels no hand soap for bathroom sink. Basically had to run to local store and spend more money to get essentials that a hotel should be providing. Will never stay at Extended stay america ever again.

the room was unsafe, stinky,loose toilet when you sit felts that is going to break,the sheet where stinky too. over night the odor was to strong that my husband started to have a bleeding nose and I had a headache, spent the rest of night between open the doors and trying to sleep.

Hidden fees and hidden room agendas with no rest.

cheap rooms with kitchen.

Guest around room beating walls. heater and not ac on off all time and rude homosexuals in nearby rooms making advancements toward heterosexual people like myself. Threats made through walls. violent and not worth the hassle.

Exceptional

I loved how clean the room was and it was very nice and spacious. Nice and quiet area.

The refrigerator was ugly. I tried to clean it but I think it just may need painting. And stove light did not work.

We had to look for another hotel after traveling for hours

Booking. Com over booked the hotel. They also mis advertised the hotel. The manager said this happens all the time. Booming .co. overlooks the hotel and claims that the hotel has double rooms. They do not. Getting a refund from booking.com takes an act of congress. Customer support hung up twice. Still haven't received a refund.

Inconvenient!

There was construction at the exit and the off exit was closed. So in order to get to the hotel, signs directed you around back neighborhoods. Not easy to get to hotel.

Disappointing

The shower was disgusting. The shower looked worse then some sewers i have seen. After a long day at work then a 3-4 hour drive to Raleigh i was looking forward to taking a nice hot shower, yeah no, not in that bathroom. I was afraid of catching some unknown disease.

Would not stay here again.

Plenty of hot water for a bath. Close to airport, although very loud because directly in flight path of RDU. Free parking.

I booked this room to have kitchen facilities along with the room. There were no dishes in the room when we arrived, and when I asked the clerk for dishes, he said he would bring them up later because he had to wash them. The freezer door on the refrigerator did not close fully and cold water had leaked, and continued to leak, from the kitchen across the floor, making the carpet in the bedroom area wet. Had to put down a towel for that; it was soaked by morning. This room was advertised as having a "suite"--there was not "suite." There was one connected kitchen-bedroom area with a broken refrigerator. Very disappointing facility.

It was decent place to stay if you don’t mind a lot of activity outside.

Location was close to RDU airport. Staff was courteous.

The curb appeal. It looked dirty .

Room keys kept deactivating. Neighbor room seemed like a night gal! First night first room AC didn’t work.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. I had a few questions and they answered then well.

There was a stain in the bed sheets, and im not sure what it was. Luckily, I brought extra sheets with me. I knew it would take too long to get a room and I didn't have the time to wait, so I stayed in the room and just took the hotel sheets off and slept on the bed sheets I brought.

I don't like this suite.

Near to airport, staff is nice.

Kitchen and bathrooms are very dirty, there are not enough blankets and it's very cold.

late check in no one was around. Waited 20 minutes used the phone they had outside followed all the directions no one answered. Had to call customer service to complain they finally got ahold of the person and I was able to get my room
