In the flight path of RDU airport so you are going to hear fly overs all night and you can hear road traffic. You also hear the closing of doors.. Dirty spots on floor in front of toilet. I doubt seriously if I will stay there again

I read reviews before I booked so wasn't really expecting anything special. Location is great. Yes, we could hear planes but, duh.... it's very close to the airport. They weren't really that bad and didn't bother us at all. The breakfast was as expected. Coffee and juice was just fine for us although I do like motels that offer more. Our room was clean....until we found a dead roach inside the front door. At least it was dead. Really the only issues we had the staff was at least accommodating. I asked for an extra pillow on the first night as there were three and needed four. The little bar of soap they provide was probably the smallest I have ever seen. It was difficult to even hold. They provide the minimum in towels so asked for more but was told they will exchange dirty for clean but not extra. They did give me extra though. After the second day they didn't clean our room so I asked at front desk. They said they clean every third day. I get it....covid ruined everything but these cheap towels get wet and are practically see through so a second use is not exactly the best. The room had a beautiful huge TV on the wall. Looked great. Trying to figure out how to work it was a challenge. Apparently only millenials can use these things. I wish TV's were simpler. Overall the location was the most positive here. The staff was very nice but I think I may just have to spend a little more next time.

The floor in our room was uneven and slanted downwards in several spots. The sink was barely aligned in the wall. The breakfast was just waffles and a microwaveable burrito. There was no fruit or cereal options. My daughter did like the sitting area in the window and the room itself was clean. The alarm clock which had the only USB ports did not work. The outlets to plug in your phone with a port were too far from the bed with a normal phone cord length of 6ft. The pillows were too soft and felt like they weren’t even there.

Very clean well run hotel. No cigarette or marijuana smell at all…. Which is a refreshing change for hotels in this price range. The entire hotel grounds were spotless.

Check in was very easy and fast. Desk attendant was nice and gave us a room even tho we were there an hour before check in time.

This place is conveniently located very close to the Airport. They offer airport parking (cheaper than the Econo lot) and shuttle to and from the airport. Best prices too.

This hotel is great for a nights stay. I didn't encounter want issues. The bars of soap is the size of a Neko, so make sure that you have your own.

My flight arrived at RDU at 0100, the Microtel was close, no hassle to get a room, allowed a late checkout with no additional charge, friendly, the rooms were comfortable

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We had low expectations going in based on the price, but the room was beautiful. Definitely a great value, especially if you have an early flight in the morning.

Since we had a round trip plane flight, the hotel's parking cost was reasonable and the shuttle service was more convenient than driving to a parking lot near the airport.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. The room and public areas were very clean and in good condition which is a great find for the price. Mattress was a little firmer than I like, and being so close to the airport there were planes landing and some noise from that. But if I have another early morning flight I will stay again.

I was unpleasantly surprised. The room was quite small ... smacked my toes into the small refrigerator several times on the way to bed. It was quiet and comfortable (once in bed) except for the planes taking off around 5:00 but I expected that. It was in a good location for our visit.

Smelled great but spilled a few drops of water on the floor then used a cloth to clean it up. The cloth turned black from the dirt on the floor. I was amazed that the floors had not been cleaned which made me question the remainder of the linens and etc

Convenient to the airport. Beds are comfortable! Towels are fluffy & soft. Room was showing some light wear around the edges, but clean. Parking was well lit. If you are a light sleeper bring some ear plugs. There are flight patterns right over the hotel! Didn't bother us, but it might some. Overall, great value!
