Will never pay again to listen to “live” with a family lie the one living here.

I like the laminate floors and the room was clean and spacious.

There were families that are living in the hotel who are loud, obnoxious and just plain don’t care about hotel guests. They were screaming up and down the hallways, slamming doors, would go outside and scream outside room. Smoking outside of room so cigarette smell would linger into room. Was also another smell that was very strong unless there was a skunk on the property? The families kids were climbing on cars, mine included. They would hover around door ways smoking and just basically discouraging hotel guests from using other door beside the main entrance.

Staff was friendly. The place was very clean. Good breakfast and had access to coffee all day.

A pool would have been nice, but for the price I was happy.

Uncomfortable bed!

It was clean and the staff was great. The jacuzzi tub was amazing. The sofa in the room was outstandingly comfortable!

The bed was hard as a rock, and breakfast was not the greatest. The floors were very creeky in our room.

Location was good for shopping. Breakfast was the usual cereal, muffins, bagels, coffee, juice. Room and facilities were clean. Staff was friendly.

The heater in our room made loud noises every time it turned on. It woke us up and kept us awake.

The location was great and made it easy for me to get to everything in town that I wanted to see.

The coffee pot hadn't been cleaned and the grounds were still in it from the previous tenant. Eeew

Room was clean and staff was friendly.

People staying long term and living there. They were loud, making noise, and partying all night until 6:00 am Wouldn't stay here again because of this.

Ok. Will bring a blanket for next time.

Price was more reasonable than other area hotels.

Would have been nice to have an extra blanket. We asked but we're told the blanket was between the two sheets. We bought a blanket from Walmart to be cozy.

Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property was clean. The room was on the smaller size. Beds were comfortable.

Rooms although they were clean could use updating. Continental breakfast was limited but presented nicely.

Thought it was kind of weird how people hung outside the front doors and smoked and partied. The location is not good if you are looking to travel to downtown

Nice, comfy bed. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful in all ways. The breakfast room was immaculate and offered a great selection for a continental breakfast.

Our only complaint was our room size. It was a bit small and we had no table for laying things on or eating.

Food was simple, staff was great, we had an issue with smell, in the room , it smelt like septic gas!

Good location and friendly staff. Comfortable bed with fridge and microwave. Okay breakfast as well... Good place to rest before going back over the border.

Why oh why do motels only put 3 pillows on a bed ... 4 makes so much more sense, right?

I didn't get fresh linen or extra pillows as requested when made reservations. they said they were short staffed but everywhere is. People were loud in the hallway's.
